Friendly staff and elegant rooms make this a hotel that I would cheerfully recommend to others.

Superb view on the lake. Spa and swimming pool a "must". Restaurant with very creative food. Rooms very well equipped. Staff could do a little effort in being more welcoming, but still, very professional. Overall, I had a wonderful week-end.

Nice to have the parking of the car on site. Some people may enjoy the nepresso coffee/ tea machine. The view at night when quiet was lovely to look over the lake to the mountains

Many things I didn't like. No wifi in room, all glass bathroom/ toilet right by entrance to room. Only privacy to the room was pulling across door to wardrobe/ mini bar. If anyone opened the entrance door you were completely exposed. The plug does not go down in the wash basin ( the design) so you can not do hand washing. We could hear water running through the walls in 3006. Was meant to be executive room but so very very small. Very expensive and should not be a 4 star hotel I don't think.

Great place to unwind and relax, superb location right by Lake Lucerne, very friendly and welcoming staff and good facilities all round including restaurants with excellent food choices and a main bar overlooking the lake. The hotel motto "Chill Out In Style" is a very apt description!

Frühstücksbuffet wurde bereits um 09:30 nicht mehr nachbestückt bzw. teilweise abgeräumt (Gläser, Schalen, ...), obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:00 möglich war. Unfreundliches Frühstückspersonal - Umfang des Frühstücks für diese Kategorie schwach Lieblose und schwache Deko für ein Designhotel

Le samedi soir c'est un enfer, il n'y a pas moyen de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte, les jeunes se retrouvent à l'embarcadère et se saoulent toute la nuit...dur dur à ce prix là!! Impossible de dormir fenetre fermée non plus la chambre est trop chauffée

Details wurden stark vernachlässigt. Leere Batterien in einer der 3 Fernbedienungen auf dem Zimmer (TV, PS3, Ipod Docking Station). Beim Frühstück auf dem Zimmer, gabs statt Salz und Pfeffermühle zwei Salzmühlen, obwohl beide mit S & P gekennzeichnet waren.

Situata di fronte al lago e vicinissima ai trsporti, strade, battello per ogni punto del lago, funivia per il monte Rigi, bellissimo posto contornato da incantevoli luoghi. Bellissimo hotel, dotato di una Spa degna. Buona la cucina. Ci ritornerei!!!

Solo una cosa che é caratteristica della Svizzera, sono costosissimi I trasposti pubblici e il cibo.

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön und gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sehr modern und der Ausblick (wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick) einfach nur fantastisch. Das Essen war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende und würde jeder Zeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Die einzige kleine Sache, die ich zu bemängeln hatte, war, dass wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten hatten und daher immer ein störender Spalt dazwischen war.

Les chambres standards ne sont pas climatisées et sont vite très chaudes. Et il est impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte, en raison des bruit extérieurs.

The hotel is inviting and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms overlooking the water have a glorious view and are so incredibly relaxing. The Spa is nice and also gives you a nice time to enjoy yourself. If you want to go outside, the local area is very charming and you can easily walk up to the Rigi to travel up the mountain also for some fun exploration. There is just so much to do and to enjoy, but at the same time if you simply want to turn off your mind and relax, this is also very easy to do. I have been here three times and I never tire of this lovely place. I also was given a lovely present from the hotel thanking me for staying again...the details really mean a lot and I will absolutely come back here again as it is worth every single penny!!

I honestly have no complaints.

Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel, décoration, qualité de la literie, beau et bon petit déjeûner buffet, piscine et espace spa agréables avec leur lumière tamisée, très bon restaurant en "lake terrasse" dommage que le "châteaubriand" ne soit servi que le samedi.

Mentionner plus explicitement que seule une catégorie de chambre sont dotées d'une climatisation.

موظفين الفندق رائعين وكذلك موقع الفندق المطل على البحيرة كل شي كان رائع بالنسبة لي اخذت غرفة ديلوكس مطلة على البحيرة

هناك بعض النقص عن ارشادات السياحة من معلومات واماكن فقط
