Construit în anul 1845, Posthotel Rössli este cel mai vechi hotel din Gstaad. Acesta este situat chiar în centrul pietonal al satului şi oferă gratuit parcare şi internet Wi-Fi în întreaga clădire. The hotel is in an excellent location right at the end of the Promonade. The restaurant was delicious.

Fantastic location. Beautiful, historic and genuine Swiss building: lovely opportunity. Waitresses very friendly and helpful. Reception staff (from the family who own the Hotel?) organised a ski instructor for me, which was great. Nothing really, although a kettle in the room would have been good to make tea, early in the morning before breakfast.

The room was clean & conveniently located in the center of Town, yet it was quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful & carried our luggage upstairs (no lift). We are in our late sixties. The resturant was excellent & accomodated my intolorance to msg (Aromat). Since the Town is closed to traffic, brief yourself on how to arrive by car to pull up & park at the hotel. Gstaad has an overall excellent quality & we would go stay at the Posthotel Rösli again! Joan & Ulrich Hauser

Very spacious room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Friendly and multi-lingual staff. Great location in the centre of town (although Gstaad is a very small town anyway!). Decent breakfast. Food in restaurant is very nice, and reasonably priced in comparison to other restaurants in the town.

Very friendly cosy hotel, with good food and great location. We actually booked a double for us and single room for a friend! Rather missed a minibar or coffee making facilities. Quite hard beds and no doubles!

Wow, fantastic place to stay. Good size rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms (double entry doors to your room). Breakfast was good and adequate, perhaps not as many choices of food as a few places I stayed, but I am being real picky here. Don't let this put you off. Easy to find, right on main street just before pedestrain only traffic starts so you can get to it easily.

Located right in the old town of Gstaad, the rooms are in Chalet style with wood-panelled walls. Our bathroom was very modern. The restaurant is in the Red Michelin Guide, but is relatively reasonably priced.

Very inexpensive and comfortable hotel; breakfast is good. Dinner was ok but very expensive. I suggest walking down the street a bit for other options.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Centrally located and not far from the railway station. Breakfast is typical wholesome Swiss. The restaurant serves good food. Room too small.

The atmosphere in the hotel & restaurants was excellent, as well as service. Breakfast & food in the restaurant was good, much better than in the local MIchelin star restaurant. The location was superb regarding walking paths. Most beautiful place, with all necessary services. The only thing I was not exited was the old carpets on the floor everywhere. The carpets cannot be cleaned thoroughly and can be a bit risky for allergic customers If the floors were of wood, the classification of the hotel would be even higher, to my mind.

Das alte Haus ist innen wunderschön renoviert, vor allem die alten Holzwände. Ich fühlte mich sogleich daheim und geborgen. Bilder wurden sorgfältig ausgewählt. Angenehme, zum Haus stilgerechte Sitzgelegenheiten bei der Reception, Bibliothek/PC/Fernsehraum. Moderne Leselampen beim Bett. TV-Gerät auf dem neuesten Stand, brauchten es zwar nicht. Küche war über dem Durchschnitt, präsentiert wie gekocht! Bravo, bravo! Service beim Nachtessen am Samstag war langsam, infolge vielen Gästen. Fürs Budget würde ich offene Halbliterweine in günstigen Preissegment bevorzugen. Ich weiss, wir waren in Gstaad und da sind 7,5 dl Flaschen von 45. Fr. nichts besonderes. Moderne LED-Nachttischlampe, liess sich bei mir nicht richten, klemmte.
