Very handy, close to centre, great business venue. I was disappointed with the dining experience at the hotel. I certainly wouldn't look forward to eating here. It was adequate but not special. |

Friendly welcome, excellent efficiency at check-in. Fabulous room - great view and comfortable bed. Nothing to dislike! |

the atmospher was really nice, the staff were very kindly and they make you feel as the owner or the only customer at the hotel. the car parking was more expensive than i had minde. |

I liked best of all the design with wonderful flowers, as well as the place where the hotel was. I didn't like that the bedclothes were not changed every day. |

Wonderful staff and customer service, lovely spa, fantastic Arrabesque restaurant The outside pool (the main reason we'd booked the hotel!) was closed until mid-May. |

Good bed. Power went off suddenly and the whole room was dark. Hot and Cold and Toilet water was suspended for repairment. Staff at breakfast restaurant were extremely slow. |

I like the professionalism of the hotel staff. They are very attentive. I stayed five days in the hotel. I would have expected that I could have been given a room much higher up and away from the service room. Unfortunately, I lived with rolling trolleys or rolling 'something' waking me up so early in the morning every day. I am sure if I had complained the hotel would have changed my location. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Zimmer mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf den See, Sauberkeit Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber für uns völlig ausreichend. |

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is volledig zoek. 10 euro voor een frisdrank en 20 euro voor een glas wijn gaat ons te ver. hotel is absoluut gericht op zakenreizigers. ontbijt van 32 euro: niet doen en ga lekker om de hoek ontbijten. gerenoveerde kamers zijn piepklein. een uurtje sauna kan alleen exclusief en kost 135 euro per uur. we bezoeken alleen 5 sterrenhotels maar dit is het eerste hotel wat zeer slecht scoort. |

Uitstekende service; prachtig zwembad met voldoende ruimte om te relaxen; catering van hoog niveau en zeer verzorgd; goed geisoleerde kamers; mooi zicht op het meer van Genève. We gaan zeker nog terug. |

Concierge hizmetleri mükemmeldi,tüm çalışanlar son derece kibar,profesyonel ve güler yüzlüydü. Barda bazı geceler çalan arap müziği tek eleştirebileceğim husus idi. |

consierce -palvelut erittäin hyvät. Autonvuokraus sujui nopeasti ja mukavasti. Vastaanottotiskin henkilökunta tylyä ja mokasivat, kun ohjasivat väärään huoneeseen, jossa oli jo jonkun muun matkatavarat ja huone ei ollut sellainen, mitä olin varannut. Puhuivat huonoa englantia. Lisäksi ensimmäisenä yönä joku yritti tulla huoneeseen n. klo 9.30, jolloin olin jo nukkumassa. |
