President Wilson - A Luxury Collection Hotel    

Excellent

I appreciated that the reservation staff replied to email queries promptly. In addition, the concierge personnel were very helpful especially the night staff compared to the day staff and the view of the lake was great though the room they had given us, even though with lake view pricing, was partially obtructed. The Restaurant staff were also very professional. It is also interesting that the reception staff were pro-active as they called us if we needed any wake-up call on the day of departure.

The housekeeping staff appear to forget some things here and there. After our first night of stay, tea cups were not there, tissue box not replaced etc.

The staff of the hotel are so helpful and up to date with their respectable smile and chat especially the front desk and concierge staff whom let our stay at the hotel very comfortable.

Barmen in the lobby , very lazy and spending thier time talking to people where you waiting for your drink.

Not Honesty in hotel site I book a room overlooking the lake for smokers and surprised that the room I overlooking it is only for Non-smoking

The food is too expensive.

Every thing was excellent. The hotel service is excellent and the lake room view is amazing. I prefere it for my next trip if I visit Geneva, the hotel has a valite parking for free that is make your life easier

My son forgot his passport in his room, several hours after checking out he called the hotel from his mobile and they had found his passport, were very helpful they were waiting for him at the front desk with it. The Lebanese restaurant was excellent, staff very friendly and professional.

Oldfashioned bathroom shower in the bath is not acceptable for this price breakfast extremely expensive (47 swf)

This is one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed in. The only think which I did not like is high price. Otherwise everything is excellent and I recommend it to every traveler to Geneva to stay in that hotel.

Nothing just price

Confort of the bedroom - nice view - beautiful bathroom - excellent service - good situation in Geneva

The price, 700 chf only one night is a bit expensive for what it is but is Geneva.... For this price in U.s you have a palace.

A truly fantastic and well maintained hotel to the highest level of luxury. It is right by the lake with uninterrupted views of the southside of the city. Amenities were of the highest quality as well.The staff was particularly attentive

I liked the hotel much, the staff is very friendly and willing to help, the rooms are very cosy and extremely clean and the location is good, with a nice lake view.

Nothing special, just the breakfast is too modest, but that is typical for the hotels in Geneva.

Be carefull with the reception staff!!! They had tried to cheat us twice during our stay there!!! First time it was a "mistake" with exchange - instead of 550 euro the girl at reception desk with a pleasant smile on her face gave us 450 euro! Then during check out we were really surprised to see in our bill the amount of money (200 euro) that we had alredy paid before - on the first day of our staying! They said that their cashier (Olga - not very polite person) just didn't remember that we had paid! We ask the staff to show us the record of videocamera from above the reception - they denied. So we had lost 40 min. And were really unpeasantly amazed at that indecent behavior. I shoud say that we travel a lot, always staying at premium hotels and we have never seen such situation before! We will never come back at President Wilson!!!

The hotel is very nicely designed, the staff are very freindly especially the bar/lounge staff. the location is perfect as its away from te noise at teh same time very close by on the lake

the food and drinks are overpriced

We had booked 2 rooms, we requested for an early checkin and the hotel staff went out of their way and got us one room ready by 11 15 am, which was very nice, we had dinner at lebanese restaurant, very good food, ambience, and very courteous staff.
