The Hotel pw was, as always, exceptional. The room upgrade that I received made it all that much nicer. The staff always treat me like family. Even on arriving the they recognized me as a frequent guest who had simply "been away" for a while. |

Staff were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Nice lounge/bar area for relaxing and meeting up with friends/clients. Charging to use the Jacuzzi/sauna was a bit much. Would have thought this would have been free for guest. |

I thought the staff was especially attentative I thought at 600 CHF per night for each of the rooms I was somewhat disappointed by being charged 5 CHF for each Nespresso portion in the room. |

After personally phoning this hotel, I was quoted double the rate I found on the internet even though I am a faithful member of the chain. I was not provided with an upgrade for the room this time round either although my membership qualifies me for one |

I was attending a conference in this hotel. So, naturally, it will be a lot more converience if you can state here. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is fairly experience. Hotel at this range should provide free Internet service. |

Very handy, close to centre, great business venue. I was disappointed with the dining experience at the hotel. I certainly wouldn't look forward to eating here. It was adequate but not special. |

O Hotel é novo, moderno (apesar do gosto duvidoso), os funcionários do staff são realmente muito bem preparados. Peça um quarto com vista para o lago. O quarto é pequeno e o preço é exorbitante para o que oferece. |

Le personnel de l'hotel est très gentil et très à l'écoute. Je sais que c'est un 5 étoiles mais laisser tous les soirs les lumières de la chambre allumées 5-6 H et que je passe qq minutes à les éteindre chaque fois.Et en 2 le sèche cheveux et tellement pourri pour un hotel de 5 étoiles. |
