Le Bayview restaurant provided the best meal of my life to date. Chef Michel Roth is truly a great master.
Level of the service & response time Restaurants
1. Breakfast is not included in the price 2. Round tables in the restaurants (no choice for rectangular or square tables) 3. I always need yoga mat, but the quality of the mat was not good as compared to a level of the hotel.
the style and decoration
The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in . Would be great full if you would be able to tell me the name of the mattress that we had on our bed . Room 535
Never replaced our dressing gowns after our first nights stay ,once the housekeeping staff had been in to service the room on the Tuesday morning
Staff were amazing.
Food and drink prices outrageous.
heating was not good
The service was great, location as well. The bar has the best selection of cheese's in town. Wonderful staff: Clement, Ariel. We loved the view of the hotel!
The hotel style, staff, facilities, & the location
Every thing is perferfect. I'd like to thank Mr. Poulo in the consierge, for the arrangement and for his help. Also I'd like to thank mr. Elly the manager for "arabesqe" resturant, he is very gentle and cooperative.
Great location and excellent facilities. Friendly staff
1- the rooms given to me were not matching the description provided. I changed it to a suite. 2- I was offered free breakfast as part of the upgrade deal. However this was recorded only for one room.
Everything was amazing
Maybe the parking was Little bit expensive
Very good location and nice concierge staff
location was pretty good right near the lake and there were multiple restaurants and supermarkets in the area, house keeping staff were very efficient and comfortable beds
i booked a lake view room they put me in the 2nd floor which was more like a pool view and it was very noisy at night from the people in the pool area, a bit expensive breakfast should have been included in the price, i asked them if they could clear out the mini bar to make room for my own stuff they said it would cost 10 francs to do so
The receptionists as well as the concierge are very helpful and friendly.
Beautiful hotel, nice facilities, very comfortable. Staff were very professional.
While we enjoyed our overnight stay, the hotel is best suited to business travelers. It feels grand and formal (a little austere.)for a family of five with teens. Location wasn't the best.
Great location Fantastic Staff Service beyond compare
Location is excellent. Lobby very nice.
wi-fi did not work on my day 1. I gave up. At check out another guest had same problem. So did not see much urgency to fix. Room was fine but for price and 5 stars there were a few things not quite right, like scale did not work, the description of services was missing.
- location , japanese rest. , fitness room, pillows ,
- made the reservation for a large bed but offered a room with two beds .Although my booking.com resv print out showed clearly my special request , the frontdesk told me their system shows my request as two beds. Than they told me that they do not have rooms availbale with kingsize bed . When the gentleman at the front desk realized the siliness of the situation somehow they came up with a deluxe room with kingsize bed...of course it turned out to be a better room and I was happy.. I think a hotel of this luxury should be more careful with situations like this.
Friendly personnel, clean and nocerooms, great restaurant. Would definitely stay there again.
It's expensive, but thats geneva in general I think.
I like the attentiveness of the staff, courteous and showing eagerness to please. Location very good. Right on the lake yet not far from the city center and the main tourist attractions. My room, even though on the low floor and facing the street, was quiet and had a good private ambience. I appreciate the higher end quality of all the bathroom amenities such as soap and shampoo etc. I was very impressed by the fact that they had Chinese congee at the breakfast buffet - something I had not expected in Switzerland.
The room rate was extremely high for what I have been used to in other hotels of the same price in other countries. Even though my floor was supposed to be a nonsmoking floor there was smell of cigarette in the hallway as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. The hair dryer was far too weak for a hotel of this class. Breakfast was very expensive - US$50 per person yet the variety of selection was not impressive at all. There was no short-order chef to make omelette etc.
Everything was great
My room's bayview over the lake was awesome. room was spacious and very comfortable. very nice pool. I recommend this hotel
the breakfast buffet was way overpriced and I think it could be included in the room fare
