Good bed. Power went off suddenly and the whole room was dark. Hot and Cold and Toilet water was suspended for repairment. Staff at breakfast restaurant were extremely slow. |

I like the professionalism of the hotel staff. They are very attentive. I stayed five days in the hotel. I would have expected that I could have been given a room much higher up and away from the service room. Unfortunately, I lived with rolling trolleys or rolling 'something' waking me up so early in the morning every day. I am sure if I had complained the hotel would have changed my location. |

Lovely clean, modern, newly updated hotel with good food and good staff. No complaints really just hard to believe how expensive hotels are in Switzerland. |

i hated it. when we arrived there, hotel front lobby was under ocnstruction..24 hours. back door was shut. and restaurants, lobby and the garden were full of construction workers and dust, noise..They said that it was a "lake view" but noone told us it was on the 2nd floor for that a guy was smoking right outside of our room- and half of the hotel could see inside of my room!!!! 1) they could notice that the price changes everyday 2)they could change the sofa fabric that is too old 3) notice that my room can be seen by everyone and view on the other rooms 4)they shoudl have closed the hotel when major renovation is going on!!!!!!!! |
