Everything. From the entrance to the meal in the'cantina' to the fantastic pools -- yes 2 (one indoor, one outdoor) that are unbeleivebably clean-to the views over Lake Maggiore to the mountains to the fantastic staff & most hospitible manager, Raine., Could have been more music (grand piano being tinkled from the patio as you sit around the torch-lit pool.......) other than Sat nite..... |

Closeness to Locarno and Lugano. View of the lake and mountains. Friendly receptionnist. One could order one coffee in the morning if one did not want breakfast. Drinks were offered from 11:30 to 16:30. One did not have a mini bar in the room. Room service was not possible. Hotel seems quite dead in the evening. The inside pool was closed and there were only 3 workout machines on the side. |

Schönes Hotel, gepflegter Pool, sehr guter Zimmerservice, in der Regel freundliches Porsonal und abends sehr gutes Essen. Frühstücksbuffet etwas mager, Personal manchmal wegen Kleinigkeiten pingelig und Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. |

Wunderschöne Pool-Anlage. Alle Zimmer des Hotels haben Seeblick. Allerdings erst ab 2. Stock. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Pick-nick Korb den man gefüllt bestellen kann und für einen Ausflug mitnimmt. Ganz tolle Grotto's in der Umgebung, klein aber fein. Brissago hat mir als Ort nicht so gefallen, allerdings ist man per Schiff oder Auto schnell an den bekannten und attraktiven Orten die man so kennt. |

Uitstekende en zeer persoonlijke verzorging. Rustige ligging aan de rand van Brissago. Mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op het meer (mits op tweede verdieping of hoger). Mooi en groot binnen-zwembad. Prima ontbijt. De tuin is tamelijk klein met weinig mogelijkheden om bij het zwembad te zonnen. Te weinig parkeergelegenheid buiten en voor parkeren binnen moet extra betaald worden. Dinermogelijkheden zeer beperkt, zeer beperkte keuze. Voor het gebodene is het hotel aan de dure kant. |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Lago. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. |

Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter; Prosecco zum Empfang von Herrn Theissen, Persönlicher Kontakt mit Herrn Theissen, Preis Leistung in Bezug auf das Essen Zimmer auf die Fluss-Seite. Rauschen sehr laut. Deshalb konnten wir die Terrassentüre nicht geöffnet lassen. |
