Hotel trés bien situé; à une minute du lac Leman, à 5min de la gare et du centre ville. Hotel trés confortable, design, moderne, bien chauffé.

Rien au point de le signalier.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la première chambre et au changement de chambre, une chambre avec un canapé-lit pour dormir.

Un bon rapport qualité prix pour une chambre 4 personnes.Bien situé juste derrière la gare avec beaucoup de restaurants à 5 minutes.Acceuil sympa et vous proposant de l'aide.Chambres spacieuses malgré une décoration qui commence à vieillir si vous n'avez pas de chambes rénovées.Mais l'ensemble est propre et fonctionnel.Petite kitchenette mais aussi petite salle de bain pour 4.Parking exterieur facile mais gratuit que jusqu'à 8 heures du matin sinon parking payant à 50 metres.Petit problème dans le reglement car ils m'ont facturé 20 francs suisse plus cher que la réservation faite par booking.Le petit dejeuner à 12 francs suisse ne vaut pas grand chose.Il y a un café à 50 metres en sortant à gauche bien meilleur.Mais bon pour Geneve l'hotel est plutot bon marché.

les odeurs de nourriture dans l'hotel, à 11H le soir ce n'est pas très agréable. Le problème principal avec la plateforme c'est le fait que la résidence est très très souvent complète

Clean, convenient and suitable for long stay

Great hotel, good location( near to lake, train station, major attractions), clean, comfortable, secure. Staff were very helpful, the guy in reception, Damien was a real gentleman. I totally enjoyed saying in that hotel. I would stay again in this hotel without hesitation.

Having no maid service or provision of clean towels inclusive in the price

The staff were good and nice location near un organizations and Lake Geneva and main station and city center. Internet wifi was okay. No noise except street noise which can't be helped. Nice view to the street and buildings around.

Tv didn't work. The bed is not comfortable. No luggage and room service. Decor and furniture seems old or over used. Quite expensive.

They checked us in a room with a sofa bed and I was specific about the bed in my booking ( large bed ) when I refered to the reception they said NO it was mentioned in my booking that it was a sofa bed. Thanks GOD I had my booking confirmation and it was a large bed so they had to change the room. Also re the cleaning ( housekeeping ) they mentioned that the hotel policy is as long as you are staying less than 8 nights , if you want to clean your room or change your towels ,they will charge extra 40 francs something that I couldn't tolerate.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel location is great, it is located near the main train station and near the Geneve lake. The room is very clean, confortable and without street noises. Internet wifi is good.

It is expensive related to other countries in Europe (everything in Geneve are expensive).

I extended my stay and i'm still here, and likely will stay another week or so. So in total, almost 3 weeks. I liked how the staff really listens to me, and caters to my needs. Ive asked for cleaning, they couldn't give it for 2 days, so they provided towels and anything else I needed. I asked for extended stay, they were flexible with the dates. Ive asked them to call me before anyone enters the room (technician came to fix microwave) and they did. They were very polite, and always checking on me if I had everything I needed. The front desk was exceptional, and the technician is also exceptional. Very nice people.

It is so close to the silhouette gym that I hear the heavy weights slamming every day, all the time. I hear thumping from the gym classes, the yelling and music from the gym instructor and class. The cleaning service should be included 2x per week, not once for every 9 days. Atleast vacuuming. Also, the worst part is, there is no place where to put the trash. I have to take mine out on a daily basis and find the nearest one on random streets. I don't want trash to accumulate in my room!

Very clean and tidy. It has a centeral location in Geneva and near the public transportation. Shopping is easy to go. Kitchen is enough to meet all needs. Furniture is new and comportable. Extra baby cut opportunity is included. Bathroom is comfortable. Hotel provides free transportation card and free wireless network. Wireless connection quality is perfect. The environment is also silent. The room is very warm.

There is no sandalet to use in the room. The hotel was not truely the same as in the hotel's web fotos. Room was smaller than the fotos. We stayed at a studio room but very smaller one.

We were a family of 4 and the room was fantastic in size with a kitchenette and a sitting area, very clean and spacious. Also the staff were friendly and the location was good. From this part of town we got to catch a ferry across to the other side of the lake and yet again got to see many views of Geneva as we only had 1 day & night here.

I have been charged twice for the one night, which I will attempt to rectify.

The room was ok . Location as I mentioned . Will stay there again.

I would appreciated more cleaning service . This once a week was not my cup of tea.

A short walk to the waterfront. The hotel is for business people. Very clean and comfortable. Shopping is also within the vicinity.

No car park for guest. The management should consider leasing some lots at the multi storey parking facility for guests if they appreciate customer value.

Superb location. The kitchenette in the room allowed us to cook all of our meals, if we so chose. Helpful reception staff and cleaning staff. Having a view of Lake Geneva and the mountains out our window was fantastic! Hotels in Geneva are expensive so because of the price, this was a great find.

The hotel looks a bit shabby - stained carpets in the halls and rooms. Furniture could do with updating but these factors did not effect the overall comfort level. We were put on a no-smoking floor and clearly the room had been used by smokers. It made it difficult to breathe sometimes and had it not been for the window, we would have had to change rooms. The heat was too hot in the room but when we asked to have it turned down, the maintenance people came quickly and this made it much better. The hotel borders the red-light district but we never felt like we were unsafe.
