The hotel/room are facing the lake and have a very beautiful view. Also it was convenient for us to go to KKL. However, we feel that there is more walking distance from the station to the hotel than mentioned in the hotel information. Price is a little bit high. (1) Slippers and bath robe should be provided, considering the hotel grade and price. (2) I requested hotel reception to lend the scales to weigh myself and the receptionist said someone promised to bring it to my room but never appeared. If it was not really available, I wanted your member to tell me so, then it would be all right. |

Ideally placed for trips by train and lake steamer as easy walking distance to both. Good lake views from high floor rooms . Airconditioning a boon in hot summer months, not many three or four star hotels have airconditioning in lucern |

We (my wife and I) liked everything in the hotel. The staff, the nice, big and beautiful clean room, the place where the hotel is located, I mean the location near the railway station and buses, center of the city, the lake, the atractions of the city etc., it's very convinient for tourists. I'll recomand to my friends. The prices are a little bit high, specially the breakfast. |

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend! Die Weinauswahl ist einfach einzigartig und das Personal sehr gut geschult. Die Weinempfehlungen waren sehr treffend. Die Scheiben im Bad waren nicht so sauber geputzt. Schade für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. |

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr geräumig und komfortabel, schönes Frühstücksbüfett. Zimmer über der Diskothek geht gar nicht. Haben aber sofort ein anderes bekommen. Keine schöne Lage, direkt hinter dem Hbf. |
