Die grossen Zimmer; Preis.-Leistungsverhältnis für Wochenendangebot. Z.B. war es dem Personal an der Rezeption nicht möglich, unsere Frage nach dem Standort der Kirche St.Georgen in St. Gallen zu beantworten. Das Doppelzimmer war einzig für eine Person vorbereitet, obschon wir für die Wochenendübernachtung zwei Personen angemeldet sind. V |

Netterweise konnte ich schon früher einchecken und auch ein late check-out war möglich. Das Personal ist ziemlich wortkarg. Weder die Reinigungsdame bringt ein "Guten Morgen" über die Lippen, noch das Personal an der Rezeption, wenn man zum Frühstück vorbeigeht - Schade, dabei ist der Gesamteindruck sonst so gut! |

Sehr sauberes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer (kein Schimmel, ein gut funktionierender Fön, frisch-riechende Handtücher & Bettwäsche). Viele nette Details (Innenschrank beleutet, Jalousien vom Bett aus bedienbar, udgl.) Das Team am Empfang hat auf mich unprofessionell/unmotiviert gewirkt: Anmeldung nicht auffindbar, Drucker nicht handlebar, ich wurde der falschen Stadt zugeordnen, etc. --> man könnte mit ein wenig mehr Einsatz viel positiver wirken. V.a., finde ich, könnten Hotelangestellte am Gang auch ein "guten Morgen" von sich geben. |
