Good restaurant. Perfect for early morning flight from Zurich ... no morning transportation to the airport as you are at the airport. Even in winter you can be dressed lightly - as you don't step out of the airport :-)

Perfect to stay overnight to wait a flight connection. Just within Zurich Airport. Comfortable, quiet, no noise from the airport, very nice rooms and direct access to airport shopping and food area. Worth the price.

the hotel was in an excellent position for what we wanted. We had 7 family members flying from Zurich airport in different directions. the hotel was clean and efficient and comfortable. The doorman was helpful with baggage and acquired a trolley for us when there were none outside the hotel.

Well located related to the airport and railway station. Quite rooms, seem to be well isolated. We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room (see above rating). The room number is # 605. 1) We have been unable to fully enjoy showers because of a (partly) blocked drain. Just opening the tap would have resulted in flooding the (bath)room. 2) The over curtains did not close as the 'rollers' on the ceiling rails were jammed and the curtains could only close half resulting in early day light entering the room. Not ideal when one wants to have a late(r) rise. I have mentioned above to your front desk when checking out.

Friendly staff. Spacious room with Nespresso machine. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent location at the airport. After a long flight we were within 5 minutes walk in our hotel room. The next morning only a few minutes walk to the train.

Bathtub is very dangerous, side angle is no good, My foot slipped inside the tub, had no handrail or anything to hold on to. I could have hit the head on floor.

Location. Wine Angels serving the wine at the New Year's Eve dinner we had there were an excellent novel touch (especially for entertaining the kids). Price - appreciation of the Swiss Franc against most other currencies, but especially the Bitish Pound, makes this hotel expensive when judged against comparable hotels in other countries.

Blu Hotel, Zurich Airport is a new, very modern facility that was fun to walk into - from a design and hip upbeat perspective. There is a glass/acrylic enclosed "wine cellar" that, in the evenings, is accessed by women in tasteful costumes (in harnesses) & are suspended in the air to retrieve the wine customers in the bar and neighboring restaurant order. It was clean, sleek and an unexpected lobby area that was really fun for us and our 3 boys (11, 13 &15 years) to enter. The lobby staff were very nice and the rooms are clean with fast, free access to wi-fi. It is literally connected to the train station and airport, super quiet, did not hear another voice or any airplanes - there were a few tourist groups that checked in after us and we did not hear or see them at all. There is a grocery (Co-op) in the airport in close proximity, a Starbucks a little farther away but easily accessed for morning coffee - we chose not to eat in the hotel, although it was available. Easy 5 minute walk to our check in point in the airport. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.
