Di aver trovato un buco al lenzuolo e avermi detto che la colazione costava solo € 25,00 se veniva prenotata al momento del check in e poi trovare l' addebito a € 37,00 |

excellent bed linens and comfort, quiet hotel, very convenient location in the airport We were shown a room that smelled heavily of "skunk" on the 6th floor. After visiting two alternative rooms on the 6th floor, we understood that it was the smell of the table surface cleaner / disinfectant in all the rooms. I insisted on being given a non-smelling room, and we were given 502. The smell was still heavy around the table but tolerable. Why did the housekeeping manager not know about this awful smell and do something to remedy it? I was shocked when we first arrived, given the usually good name of Radisson. Also why was there only one bath towel and one hand towel per person in a 5-star hotel???!! Even down-market Best Western gives clients two towels of each size per customer. |

Location is all about this hotel. It's in one end of the underground arcade that connects the train station with the ariport arrival and departure areas. Here you find various shops and a food-court. As with many other airport hotels, this is also very impersonal. Staff do what they are exptected to, nothing less nothing more. The interior goes in black and shades of dark grey - feels like night time all day. |

Walking distance from airport; actually within the airport. And still silent. Good broadband.Never seen a winetower before. The water from the shower is spilling out over the whole bathroom floor; a small treshold could stop this. |

The whole experience was perfect. Finding your way from the airport is very easy. The room was big and the bed was one of the best. The sound of the airport is not reaching to the room. The water temperature to the shower sometimes was turning from very hot to very cold rapidly which was not a nice experience. |

Unfortunately the room had an unusual chemical smell; a bit like burnt rubber.From the internet images I had a sense that the hotel was truly in the airport and a quick walk.My husband is 78 and uses a cane. This was a tough hike, and should be made clearer on the web site. |
