Radisson Blu, Basel    

Location is great for trip to Basel. Staff very good, a dirty pillow case was changed immediately. Nice atmosphere.

Care on details: shampoons, losions, slippers, accessoires for nails, shoes etc, falting toillet paper, ironing posibility, gym, pool, free ticket for tram, goggles on demand...

comfort and space provided in room.

Hotel was convenient, Reception staff were helpful.

Hotel looked in need of refurbishment. Restaurant in the evening was poor and a bit limited. The hotel was very expensive considering the poor quality of some areas.

Good location. Nice room. Friendly staff.

We were told to find a table in the breakfast room. It was 25% full and not one table was cleared to be able to sit down. The bacon on the buffet was swimming in its own fat......Disgusting!!!!

Outstanding location within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Also the train station, clubs, bars and restaurants are very near. Excellent.

The Pool and sauna..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice swimming pool / spa area with sauna and steam bath.

Our double room was quite small, and the bathroom door was entirely made of glass -- parts of it were even completely transparent. With a large mirror directly opposite the bathroom door, privacy was virtually non- existent, especially since the door wasn't remotely sound-proof! I do wonder who is responsible for that room layout.

Excellent location,near to restaurants, movies, theaters,interest points, transportation, train station. Cleaness of rooms, bathroom looked like new.Swimming pool. Breakfast, good variety of choicesand and all you can eat.

Even though breakfast was very good, they served the same everyday. A little overpriced, but in switzerland everything is expensive compare to other countries.

Generally everything suited us. It would be difficult to find fault apart perhaps from the computer facility which was not working which is so minor it can be discounted

Central foe access to art gallery.

Failure to help travellers arriving by car to find the hotel and reluctance of the bell boy to actively help on arrival. No fresh milk at breakfast.

Noise from bars across the street Price - I have stayed in better Radisson Blu hotels which have been much better and cheaper

Quiet and clean, large rooms

The walk from train station was confusing, but not far.

Mooi hotel, mooie kamer, aardig personeel. We kregen een pas voor alle trams en bussen. Goed en snel internet.

Location is great for visiting Basel and late check out is perfect if you go out the night before. The pool is very large by hotel standards.

Sound proofing between rooms not so good.
