It is well located. I asked them a room with a lake view, they said and charged for that. There is no such thing there. Because it is not a tall building,The view from the rooms are the trees and the swiming pool. |

I liked the friendly atmosphere. The spacious room and the airconditioning as it was very warm weather. The balcony, view of the lake. The restaurant with the terrace was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Childfriendly without noticing too much. the bathroom was outdated and smelled in the morning . |

Ich habe das Frühstück im Zimmer bestellt um 07.00 Uhr denn ich hatte um 07.45 Uhr bereit einen Termin auswärts. Das Frühstück habe ich schlussendlich nach Rückfragen um 07.15 Uhr erhalten. Fand ich etwas schwach, da ich ausdrücklich gesagt habe, ich hätte einen Termin anschliessend. ( Ich war geschäftlich im Tessin). |

Grosse Zimmer, sehr schöner Ausblick, super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches Personal (deutschsprachig). Die Zimmerausstattung ist rein vom Design schon ein paar Jahre alt. Ein etwas moderneres Interieur wäre schön. Die Preise sind etwas zu hoch. |

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett hat super gute Matratzen und man schläft somit wie im siebten Himmel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum. Alle Leute die gerne essen werden es lieben. Eigentlich alles i.O ausser dasss das Hotel etwas von der Minibar verrechnet hat obwohl wir nichts konsumiert haben. Leider haben wir das zu spät bemerkt. Also immer gleich die Rechnung kontrollieren. |

Die Angestellten waren sehr nett. Wir kamen um 15.30 an und sie haben uns ermöglicht das Zimmer bereits zu beziehen, obwohl unser vorgesehenes Zimmer noch nicht fertig war. Für so teure Zimmer sollte man darauf achten, dass die auch zum vorgesehenen Zeitpunkt fertig sind. Einrichtung war sehr altmodisch. Storen waren defekt, man konnte sie nicht herunterlassen. Um 05.30 war es taghell im Zimmer (Es hat ja auch keine Nachtvorhänge). |

Es war sauber. Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sehr gross. Es hatte eine Dachterasse. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr gross, aber wegen der Einrichtung habe ich mich nicht so wohl gefühlt: 70er-Jahre Stil (oliv-grüne Plättchen im Bad) |

Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es ein Hotel auf Familien mit Kindern zugeschnitten ist. Räume für Kinder sind liebevoll hergerichtet, es hat Kinderstühle beim Essen, einen sehr gepflegten Spielplatz, in den Zimmern kann selber gekocht werden usw. Auch sonst waren die Zimmer gross und komfortabel. Je nach Zimmerausrichtung war es etwas lärmig, da das Hotel gerade an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse liegt. |

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Zimmer sauber und grosszügig an Platz, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zentrumsnähe. unsere Zimmer waren auf die Hauptverkehrsachse ausgerichtet, dementsprechend lärmig aber erträglich (wir kommen vom Land). Zur Zeit Grossbaustelle vis-à-vis, d.h. zusätzlicher Lärm. |
