The locations is great and the view from the room is amazing.Staff great and friendly and intelligent.Rooms spacious and clean.Fantastic experience wonderful poolside,good food friendly helpful breakfast and evening dinner and bar staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great: next to the lack and the train stop and the port are just 5 minutes walk. Very good food in the restorant. We had a half-board and were very happy with this. Tip: It's better to order speciality from this region.

Free internent was availible only next to the reception desk and the restorant. Very noisy streets around the hotel. We had a room with a huge terrace but we could enjoy it so much because of the noise of the cars. The bed was not very comfortable: there were two single mattress instead of one double. The furniture was very old, probably from 1960- 1970. Beverage is not included in the half-board price and extra costs

Super helpful staff. Everything meticulously clean. Our lakeside room was much larger than expected, with kitchenette and sitting area. Lovely, recently remodeled bathroom. No noise issues (March). Breakfast buffet included cold and hot dishes (eggs, bacon, sausage), and plenty of fruit.

The view of the lake was amazing from our room.

The room price was pretty high for a family appartment considering it was low season. If you wanted to use the kitchen facilities in the room you had to pay extra as well as underground parking was an extra €15.00 a day. Wi-fi connection was an extra cost if you wanted to use it in your room but in the reception area it was free. For the price of the room and the four star classification of the hotel one would think these things would be included.

We travelled with three young children and were amazed how child- friendly and accommodating all the staff were. We had a beautiful large family room with a vast terrace adjacent, overlooking the Ligurian Sea. The boys loved running around on the terrace. Our toddler had his 4th birthday there and we had ordered a cake for breakfast. We just loved the cake, obviously made with lots of dedication by the hotel chef and carefully decorated. It really made our boy's birthday. The buffet breakfast is also very recommendable. Parking was also easy and directly in front. After breakfast we took the escalator down to the beach where the children enjoyed the pebbly beach on a hot day in early October. There were deckchairs, childrens' beach toys and umbrellas. We would love to thank all the staff again. We would certainly come back.

Very courteous and helpful service, spacious rooms and very nice breakfast buffet. Location was on waterfront and free rental of bikes was a nice added bonus.

Close to supermarket.Elevators quick. Hotel looks like from 1970 but it functions well and is efficient and friendly.Good buffet on some evenigs.

Only 1 internet terminal which did not work, computer too old and kept crashing.Jacuzzi hot tub not working.Breakfast was the continental type fresh food but limited eggs to scrambled and boiled.Only one spot for disabled which they gave me. need more.

The welcome was excellent The food was very good indeed Service was very efficient The location was beautiful We had a very relaxing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the situation of the hotel on the lake.

There was nothing to dislike apart from the expensive wifi charges but the hotel did have a computer on which the use of the internet was free.

We stayed in the family suite, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen with table for 4 and living room with sofas converting into beds.. Great location, friendly helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Parking garage below the hotel. Large rooms. I would recommend the lake view with balcony, magnificent sunrise view.

Sofa beds were hard by American standards.

i had a two rooms suite but only one room with air condition.

Great location opposite the lake and good breakfast - although flies a bit of a problem in June. Option of inside or outside bar / restaurant made it very pleasant - especially being able to enjoy a drink outside on a warm evening.

On more than one occasion staff seemed very confused in reception. Rooms very much in need of updating - although I believe this is happening on a room by room basis.

The parking garage is a nuisance, worst i have ever encountered.

Location was right at the water front promanade, the size of the apartment was of good size 80 sqm the kitchen was un useable due to the loss of any cooking utissiles, two large balconies with nice views of the lake 300 mtrs from train station locarno

Spaciouse room size with great view of the lake from wide balcony. Breadfast was wide range of choice.

There was no safety box in delux double room. To get toothbrush was very hard and complecated.
