The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff wer friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Internet was spotty. The hotel is being renovated which was loud at times.

Well priced for Geneva, which is notoriously expensive and close to La Praille Commercila centre, which whilst some distance from downton Geneva, can be easily reached by public transport It backs onto the freight yard and although I did sleep wel, it could be an issue for light sleepers

We liked that complimentary tea and coffee were provided with an electric kettle. In addition, one can request for "emergency items" like toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, if one has forgotten to pack them. The location of the hotel was hard to find, the directions to it should be more specific, E.G. what bus/tram to take to reach the hotel.

The Hotel is some distance from the town centre but well serviced by public transport. Shopping centre is next door. Staff were great, rooms clean, internet access was very good. I am not particularly food conscious but room service meal was perhaps the worst I have ever experienced. I think it comes from a cafe in the shopping centre next door. The hotel should consider cancelling this arrangement as the one meal I had was truly awful.

This is basically a business hotel near a large shopping mall, a conference center and a soccer stadium in the modern and industrail part of Carouge. Given these, it was otherwise a perfectly fine hotel.

Hotel is right next to a busy freight railway line. Trains run till late at night and start early in the morning (4am) so if you're a light sleeper, like me...you may not enjoy the best night's sleep!

The desk staff were the nicest we have ever met, One young man (Benjamin?) was so helpful. Although the hotel was a distance from the center, the staff more than made up for any inconvenience. The room was not cleaned until late in the day. But the maid was nice.

كل شي اعجبني وخصوصا معاملة الاستقبال الممتازة والودودة ماعدا ان خدمة الانترنت لم تكن مجانية داخل الفندق او في منطقة الاستقبال وسعرة عندم اردت استخدامة داخل الغرقة مرتفع جدا

Die Postadresse des Hotels ist in keiner Landkarte oder GPS eingetragen. Am Gebäude ist der Nama Ramada kaum zu lesen und viel zu klein, ich habe 30min in der Umgebung gesucht, bis ich das Hotel gefunden habe!

La grandeur des chambres, la proprété des lieux ... le style assez classico moderne des chambres. Le baisse de prix en réservation online L'accueil, le fait que on nous prenne une garantie sur une réservation à l'arrivée de plus de 100 chf supplémentaire... Gage de manque de confiance et ce sans explication. la grandeur de la télévion. la poussière sous l'évier en verre transparent. le wifi non gratuit LE PRIX DU PETIT DEJEUNER
