the hotel has all the basic amenities that u require including a te coffee maker in the room.we find it necsecsary. the hotel bathroom is slightly mismanaged but we still find it ok. |

Bus station in front of the hotel (airport 4 min; downton 15 min in the opposite direction); excellent bar; good dining opportunities; clean, modern rooms, price can be good if booked in advance Hotel staff helpful but could be friendlier and more clear, when asked about hotel details or opportunities for extension. |

The check-in folks were very helpful although our reservation had not been properly forwarded to the hotel. The auxilary staff were very helpful at the desk and getting us to and from the airport. |

the location is good for the person who would like to go to the close villages or cities, or to the near French villages. It is nice and comfortable. It is calm and clean. If you want to use the refrigerator for your own stuff, you have to pay 25 CHF. Sometime, you can hear the sound of the next room. |

location to airport The parking situation. The value for money. I think its worth about 100 dollars a night, not 400! The carpets need replacing, the staff were not terribly nice. The smoking in the lobby was horrible. The room was not nice...shower head was ridiculously placed in the corner of the shower and way too low. The coffee maker on the desk took up all the desk spacer. |

Close to airport and to public transport. Hotel provided pass for public transport and had shuttle for airport. |

Access to computers - great. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful, also shuttle service to EBACE and airport. Slow service in the lounge/rest area by the desk on Monday night. Perhaps extra help during EBACE times, food was excellent though and worth the wait. |

The equipment in the health club has been renewed and is better quality than previous Price and had to wait for a pick up from airport for 30 minutes. If they had said, I could have taken the bus. |

Access from the airport via shuttle bus was excellent and convenience of public transport bus stop outside the hotel was good. Staff very friendly There was some delay in the initial allocation of a room |

The friendliness of the employees of the hotel. They were very helpful given that I'm not fluent in French. I wish there were more English speaking channels on the tv. All I could view was cnn and an English channel. I would have enjoyed an American channel with American series like Law & Order and/or English speaking movies like hbo. |
