I liked the facilities for business and the catering. Wines and food were excellent. The comfort and condition of the rooms was good but not sublime. The location was functional. The hotel is sited in a virtual no-man's land between the airport and the exhibition centre. Prices reflect the convenience for expense account exhibition presenters or visitors. At times all accommodation in Geneva is booked out, leaving nowhere else for someone visiting for other reasons. |

Very close to the Geneve Airport and they have shutle buses for travelers. They also gave us the one day pass for local buses, it was good. The total hotel design is very old. |

Nothing. We only stayed one night thank God. Rooms too small. No luggage racks in room. My husband and I had a single bed each. We were under the impression the room was booked for one double sized room. Reference was made to double room, not twin. No room for a child's crib. Shower and bathroom in general was tiny. No water provided for tea/coffee making facilites. When asked for water for childs bottle I was informed to purchase water from the bar. Dreadful hotel.. what an absolute rip-off, never again. |

The bar area and outside seating area were very welcoming. Rooms very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was very noisy. We were given plastic sticks instead of metal spoons, which is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. |

very near to the airport plus they provide free shuttle service to the airport. Frequent bus in front of the hotel to the city centre and the hotel gives you free bus tickets. Friendly staffs. What more to say, really happy with the service. |

The hotel is clean and peaceful. The rooms are small but then that is the norm with most new hotels. It matters to me that the hotel is clean and bathrooms are equipeed with plenty of towels and tissue papar. The hotel more than met these conditions. I liked the free shuttle to the airport as well as the free interent access at the reception where 2 computers were available to guests. Prepare to wait though unless you go in very early. There were not many staff at the reception to ask for tourists information. The staff were helpful though but they were really busy. |

we stayed here simply for the convenience to the airport. The hotel was more than adequate -- ultra clean and comfortable. Price for breakfast was too high - food was the basic Euro-plan self serve but not worth the cost. |

We had 2 interconnecting rooms which meant 2 bathrooms and this was very helpful! There is also a concierge service and all guests are entitled to a free bus ticket. The rooms were dated and whilst the hotel is near Geneva Airport it is not especially near the centre (15-20 minutes by bus.) |

We particularly liked the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle which ran every 20 minutes. We liked the adjoining rooms with a bathroom for the parents and one for the teenage children. It was very hot when we were in Geneva and it was good to have air conditioning in the room. The hotel gave us free bus passes and the it was easy to get into the centre of Geneva on the number 10 bus which stopped regularly outside the hotel. Also garage shop next door selling snacks and pastries was very convenient.WE Only spent one night here on our way home. The only complaint would be that this hotel could have been anywhere in the world with net curtains and no particular view outside. We had spent 12 nights in Switzerland in small hotels with more character. We also thought the breakfast were very expensive and chose to buy pastries from the garage next door. |
