7 minutes drive to the airport...but 15 from city center to airport. Parking in 30 meters from hotel (1-2 chf per hour). Free wifi in rooms. Free shuttle bus to the airport You should stay 20 minutes on reception (to many people but lazy and underqualified staff). Rooms are tiny. Hotel is huge, grey and noisy (airport). You could not find something hot to eat after 23:30 (no restaurants opened, no room service at that time). Bars are overcrowded. It's better to stay in the center of Geneva instead of this monster. |

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good breakfast, good restaurant. It would be nice to have an internetconnection, computerscreen and keyboard in the room. There is internet on tv but that is terrible. |

very comfortable bed, helpful and accomodating and experienced staff, good standard of food, very quiet room (no external noise) good standard of bathroom (clean, luxury, with all accessories - robe, slippers, shower cap) There was no free entertainment in English. The only TV channels in English are news channels which means you must pay to view movies etc. in English and they are very expensive (much higher than i would pay at the cinema). Difficult to class this as an International Hotel because of this. Heating in some rooms is an old system and creaks and cranks and rattles all night. I had to change my room as a result which meant i spent one night without sleep and this affected my business meetings the next day. The staff were very accomodating about this and arranged another room which was better. VEry expensive mini bar service and every night there was something missing from the Room Service menu, which is not a big menu to begin with. |

they greeted me by name when checking in, the efficiency of their service and the close proximity to all the major bus lines, and finally the ability to rent a bicycle to tour the city on my time off i do not like to pay for Wi-Fi services. This service should be free. If WI-Fi is not free then the DSL cable in each room should be free to acess |

Location, hotel provided us with free tickets to use the bus, tram and boats in the centre. The airport is only 2 minutes away and the bus stop outside takes you to the city in 15 minutes, the transport around the city is fantastic. Hotel is very spacious and friendly. Beds are very comfy and rooms equipped well with nice fluffy dovets and pillows. Shopping mall located 10 minutes walk away or 2 stops on bus. All round good hotel for stop overs or weekend breaks. We stayed with our 3 children in 2 connecting rooms and had plenty of space. Compared to general prices in Geneva food and drink is quite reasonable at the hotel, 5.50 swiss francs for a coffee and 12 swiss francs for a barcardi and coke -we stayed 2 nights on a stop over. The bathrooms are small (but well equipped) the tiles are very 1970 brown/green but the comfy beds made up for this small fact. The concierge was a bit of a pain and not so helpful because the hotel runs 2 courtesy buses to the airport and he suggested we put our 3 kids in the 3 empty seats on the 1st bus and refused to move the 2nd bus for just 5 people. We had to wait for 20 minutes until more people came with cases until he decided to take the bus to the airport and then told me to put my 8 year old child on my lap to make space for extra passengers. He was rather rude and unhelpful but the other 2 concierge staff were entirely different and very helpful. |

I would never stay again given a choice to stay somewhere else. Dirty carpets and the check-in staff had very poor working knowledge of their reservations systems. They told me at the front desk when I tried to check-in that they had no records of my reservation, despite the fact that I showed them my confirmed e-mail from Booking.com including my confirmation number. |

Breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were very good and friendly and the bus service to airport was excellent. Did not like the bar closing up so early - especially as a large party had just turned up! |

service is good and reliable - . there is no ability to print a word doc from the business centre, you have to use the support staff re e-mail to them and ask them to print - which means can not print out side business hours - suggest in lie of printer option on the pc's in business centre you provide an e-mail box to receiption , wre they can print for you 24 x 7 - thanks |

The location is convenient - bus number 10 stops outside the hotel and goes to the centre. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Tea/coffee in rooms. Windows open (not all hotels near the airport have this!) Extremely slow service in the bar/snack area. Tired decor - no reason to stay here other than as a conference facility. |

Buffet breakfast was good and lots of variety. The staff were excellent, particularly the catering staff. The room was small but comfortable and the price OK given the city and location. Needs a little updating in terms of decor, though nothing seemed broken or shabby. My room was in a wi-fi black spot. I was at an event being held in the hotel and, although the organisers had paid for internet use, I was told this only covered the meeting rooms and not in my room, even though the price was the same as for coverage throughout the hotel, had I paid for this as an independent traveller - a little mean spirited, considering what they were earning from our 4-day event. |

I liked the facilities for business and the catering. Wines and food were excellent. The comfort and condition of the rooms was good but not sublime. The location was functional. The hotel is sited in a virtual no-man's land between the airport and the exhibition centre. Prices reflect the convenience for expense account exhibition presenters or visitors. At times all accommodation in Geneva is booked out, leaving nowhere else for someone visiting for other reasons. |

Nothing. We only stayed one night thank God. Rooms too small. No luggage racks in room. My husband and I had a single bed each. We were under the impression the room was booked for one double sized room. Reference was made to double room, not twin. No room for a child's crib. Shower and bathroom in general was tiny. No water provided for tea/coffee making facilites. When asked for water for childs bottle I was informed to purchase water from the bar. Dreadful hotel.. what an absolute rip-off, never again. |

The bar area and outside seating area were very welcoming. Rooms very comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was very noisy. We were given plastic sticks instead of metal spoons, which is not acceptable in a 4* hotel. |
