The hotel, with a view over the beautiful hotel garden, offers 308 bright and comfortable guest rooms. It is located in the heart of the most dynamic business district of Geneva, close to the International Airport, Palexpo Exhibition Centre, at only 10 minutes from downtown and not far away from the Geneva largest shopping centre. The hotel has two restaurants, a bar, a hairdresser and a news stand.

Open every day from 12:00-14:00 and from 19:00-22:00.

The restaurant, Le Jardin, serves a buffet breakfast and a vast choice of dishes in a relaxing atmosphere at lunchtime. Terrace available during summer time. Every Sunday at noon there is a Champagne Buffet Lunch.

Open from Monday to Friday from 06:30-14:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 06:30-10:30.

The Marco Polo bar serves a variety of refreshments and lights snacks from early morning to late at night.
Open every day from 07:00-24:00.

The friendliness of the employees of the hotel. They were very helpful given that I'm not fluent in French.

I wish there were more English speaking channels on the tv. All I could view was cnn and an English channel. I would have enjoyed an American channel with American series like Law & Order and/or English speaking movies like hbo.

Very convenient location. Comfortable.

Small rooms, the in-house restaurants were grossly overpriced. Internet access was also way too expensive. Hotel website mentioned that internet was free in the lobby "business center", but we were informed by the front desk that this is not true.

Good transportation to the airport and railway station

Wifi is too expensive (15 CHF/hour, you cannot stop the connection, you have to use it at once, very slow)

Very expensive room service two sandwhiches cost twenty five pounds approximately. 1970's dated decor.

The hotel was very good. Beforehand I was a little bit afraid of airplane noise. Luckily that was not a problem at all.

The weekend was warm and the airconditioning was not on. The night was too warm to sleep.
