フロントの対応非常に不親切で、質問に対して説明をしてくれず気分が悪かった。デポジットの取り方も普通と- 違うため、判りにくかった

ホテルのスタッフも感じよく、シャトルバスの送迎間隔もまずまず。バス停がすぐ隣にあり、バス＆電車カード- を無料で配布してくれ便利だ。目の前にガススタンドのコンビニ、バスで市内方面に2つ先の停留所にはショッ- ピングモールがあり、買い物は便利（食品、生活用品）。空港からは5分、街までは10分のロケーション。部- 屋も清潔で綺麗。アメニティは一通り(シャンプー、ソープ、タオルなど)揃っている。ドライヤーは使い物に- ならないが。

インターネットの環境は悪い。無料の接続だと512bpsで非常に遅い（電話回線の時代に逆戻りしたかのよ- う）。高速接続を有料で試してみたが、スピードは変わらなかった。部屋もそれほど大きくないし、荷物も自分- で持ち運びしなくてはならないし、スイスの物価が高いのは分かるが、この程度のサービスで1泊375CHF- は高すぎると思った。

Comfortable and relaxing after our journey and having ajoining rooms for our daughter was good.

A light breakfast was not available until 10 am so we went across the road ro the boulangerie - cafe.

Service was ridiculously slow - for an airport that is close to the airport it should have a quick check-in and out method, like almost every other hotel I have ever been to. I waited 20mins in a line to check in, it then took at least 10min to check us in with reception. I waited 30mins in a line to check out. The check out itself was very quick. The lady for checking out was the only person who smiled. The hotel is very dated, needs an upgrade to deserve the price tag.

Many of hotels in Geneva offer free bus&train ride card for Geneva city that covers everyday of our stay and this hotel gave us it too. The location of the hotel is very convenient because the bus stop is right next to the hotel and it takes only about 15min ride from Geneva center and there is a big shopping mall 2 stops from the hotel. They have a shuttle bus service between airport-hotel, which comes every 10-30min. They don't stop by Palexpo anymore even though many people were asking during my stay. The room is not big but cozy, with enough amenities(shampoo, bath gel, shower gel, soap, shower cap). There was a hair dryer attached on the wall but it has very poor power so you'd better bring your own dryer.

The Internet connection in the room is very poor. The free line has only 512bps and it was extremely slow. One time I paid for high speed connection for 1hr, which was 9chf, but it did not speed up at all. Every time you open up your computer you have to log in so it is very usefulness. This should not be a service as a hotel that costs 375chf par night, which I think the price is too high as a normal grade hotel.

Very suitable location to the airport and PalExpo (bus station just in front), free airport shuttle, free internet, electric can for coffee and tea available in the room, the bed was very confortable, the staff was polite

Distance to airport.

It is a good hotel, well staffed, has transportation to and from the airport. The restaurants are okay

I could not sleep due to the cars noise in the street. There should be better sound proof especially for the room from the street side

I only stayed one night and it struck me as very elegant and comfortable.

The timing of the service shuttles. The early 5.35 airport shuttle bus was already full when I got down to reception at 5.25 and the next one not due till 6.10. which was too late for my flight. I hadn't been told the night before that there might be a queue for this or I would have either booked a place or turned up earlier. In the end I had to wait 15 minutes outside in the cold and dark for the No 10 bus.

Hotel is ideally situated within walking distance from airport. Also courtesy bus available. Staff and service excellent. Breakfast very good. Free use of an excellent public transport system into town centre.
