The staff were excellent/ They were always available and were friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Relatively expensive and the lobby bar and coffee area was not open when we stayed.

Location was good for me, reception staff were good

The room design was nice but lacked lots of things...no tea and coffee facilities...not good!! I was ill during my stay and woke up just after 10am ...phoned for room service for a drink and small snack as I missed breakfast...but was told no room service until at least 11:30am...1 Hour 20 minutes later?? Never heard of this before and I stay in hotels over 150 nights a year!!! Also difficult to adjust aircon..so room was always a bit too hot for me

Boy, oh boy...are those breakfasts expensive for what you can eat in the morning !

The room had lots of light and sunshine, the beds were very comfortable. The lights of the bathroom are very pleasant and with its colour give a relaxing, cosy ambience. The staff was very friendly, also during the coffee breaks and the gala dinner of the conference. Delicious food and excellent coffee. The buffet bar in the lobby offers a good variety of snacks and food - a pity it was closed over the weekend.

The conference facilities (Geneva 1-3) didi not perfectly suit the needs of our conference (long and fairly narrow room). It was nicely arranged for the gala dinner though.

Magnificent view from the 30th floor overlooking the whole of Basel. Staff very friendly. Room very modern & good colour scheme/design.

The worst 'view' I've ever had staying in a hotel anywhere in the world so far! We were on the 5th floor, in room 503 and we were not warned that our big floor to ceiling window looked out directly on to a giant sloping upwards tin roof of the building right next door to us!!! The price should definitely be reduced for this floor and side of the hotel!! Because the Restaurant Filou was exceptionally closed (we had not been warned and it was a Saturday lunchtime!) we had to eat at the Sky Lounge on the 30th floor. We chose hamburgers which had obviously come out of the freezer as they tasted extremely processed...disappointing for a hotel of this caliber...

The location of the hotel was very good. Also on arrival at the hotel we received a public transport ticket which allowed unlimited usage of the transport system in the area, i.e. trams and buses. The room was spotless and well equipped with toiletries etc and water was provided every day. There was a fridge in the room. Nice view of the city from the sky bar.

We booked an executive double which was on the small side. There was a connecting room which was locked but you could hear everything in the adjoining room, which was a nuisance. No ipod docking station either.

Very minimalist overall, a bit stark, not a cosy comfortable feel to it.Hugely expensive, breakfast close to £30

The breakfast buffet was amazing,really nice and friendly staff room service 24 hrs with great food also. The room itself was awesome and very clean. I would certainly stay there again!!

Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del personale dell'albergo. Ottima colazione a buffet variata ed abbondante. Struttura e stanze pulitissime con arredamento moderno e di gran gusto. Hotel perfetto per un week-end lungo.

Cuscini delle stanze troppo soffici.

Iniziando dal personale fino alla struttura non si puo' non definere questo hotel ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti.
