If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Lucerne is only 35 km away from Engelberg and is a great place for shopping and cultural events.

We asked to have more bedding, and they were promised to be delivered at a certain timeline. After the timeline had passed, we had to contact the reception again and ask the bedding to be delivered. |

Die HotelmitarbeiterInnen waren ausgesprochen freundlich und angenehm. Komfortabel war auch, dass man in der schönen Lobby mit dazugehörigem Café jederzeit etwas konsumieren konnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war appetitlich und reichhaltig. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Aufgrund der Beschreibung erwarteten wir etwas anderes und fühlten uns fast schon etwas an der Nase herumgeführt. Die Zimmerausstattung (Teppich, Sofa) war etwas schmuddelig und veraltet. |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Wellnessbereich war klein aber sehr schön, die Bedienung war zum Teil etwas gestresst und unfreundlich. Für Skisportler und geniesser ideal. Der Haarföhn war alt und das Badezimmer war optisch kalt. Teppich sollte raus. |

Since the bar and lobby at the entrance floor was too smooky, we had a sore throat and could not stand staying there more than ten minutes. This point was only disappointing. But the hotel itself is located at the very convenience place in Engelberg close to the station. Also, the restraurant in the hotel serves nice dinners and selection of wines. |
