Beautiful view on the snow mountain from the balcony. Very friendly style.

Nice hotel, breakfast was awesome and the location was perfect.

On the shower water temperature was randomly fluctuating from cold to hot. The hairdryier was almost impossible to use

Engelberg is the jewel of Suisse.just beautiful.been going for 50 years. usually staying at Edelwisse or Waldegg. On a budget this time opted for Ramada Regina Titlis, because it had a great half board rate. mentioned it was our 20th anniversary.not only did they give us a great suite with a great balcony ad view. when we went to the dining room, they had a special table decorated for us and the food was the best meal weve ever had . full of surprises. best stay including, Zermatt, interaken, and St Moritz.Kudos to Carolina at reception and Chris in the dining room who despite, nasty weather ,made it a a great anniversary and the best stay of our trip

Very good and full breakfast. The room is nice, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The ladies at the breakfast room is very friendly and recommend us for the delicious "French Omlette". Location is very near the train station..

Comfortable and extremely convenient for skiing, good breakfast, lovely staff.

Hard to turn down the heat in the room.

1. The most excellent staff, who were very welcoming and assisted us with every query. The wonderful restaurant staff even presented me with a homemade cake at breakfast on my 30th birthday (22 February) which was a very lovely and thoughtful touch and really made my day. Unfortunately I couldn't eat more than one piece as I was ill and on orders to avoid dairy. It was delicious though so I am glad I managed one piece - thank you! 2. Excellent location for skiing - right opposite the free ski shuttle bus stop. The reception staff can also print your lift passes to avoid the queues at the gondola! 3. Great breakfast buffet and the a la carte also very good. We did not try the more upmarket Italian restaurant but it looked very inviting. 4. Great value rooms with all the necessary comforts. Bathrooms have been recently renovated to a very good standard and I appreciated the large fluffy bathrobes!

Staff was helpful, location terrific and the food was wonderful.

We had a pleasant stay and will return in the future.

The pool was 28C a bit cold would be better 32C were you can stay more confortable and enjoying the water in this cold winter times. And after a long day skying, just a bit warm would be enough. And at the room only with shower this would be great.

The staff was mostly correct and friendly.

The have a nice spa area with pool and sauna and it is supposed to be quiet and clean but it was all the opposite. The were a a couple of groups of Scandinavian men, apparently they had had a seminar there and the whole spa area was for them. They were load, drank a lot of beer, no towels around etc... We complaint and the answer was that the hotel staff couldn't do anything as they had had a seminar there the whole week. Wow, great answer and the rest of clients who paid?

Mattresses were hard. Little difficult to take a shower and not get water on the floor.

That our wishes were accounted for, including to have ski passes ready. Going for a weekend trip skiing from Norway makes you want to spend as little time as possible on practicalities.

That the package bought included only skipass for 2 days for 1 person whilst we needed 3 days, 2 persons. The front desk made arrangements for us though, so we could "upgrade" the initial offer.

Great hotel, very well located, walking distance from the train station and to shops/restaurants/bars. Bus to ski center at the doorstep. Spa and pool facilities were amazing The staff was more than helpful, the room was very spacious and with stuning views of the mountain and the cuisine delicious, including a very fulfilling breakfast including a great variety of sweets and sours. I highly recommend it and I'd saty there again without a doubt

The price

The breakfast was very good and it was within walking distance of the station and the cableway.

Our bar fridge was locked, we requested it be unlocked but nothing happened. The food was very expensive, especially for SA rand, 2 meals, 2 beers and one Martini ZAR850. Perhaps more affordable buffet meals? As we were a bit out of season not all the restaurants in town were open at night.

We had a great stay at the hotel ... Had a wonderful time among the mountains , the room had a beautiful view ... And we really enjoyed ... We would love to come back again ...

Wir durften den Hund mitnehmen. Das Hallenbad, Dampfbad und die Sauna sind sehr schön. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Schöner Frühstücksraum.

Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist sehr eng.

房间小阳台的风景太棒啦 下午六七点可以听到山间教堂的钟声 早餐餐厅人员特别友好 门口就有一个小公园可以放松一下 酒店出门右转不远处就有coop超市很方便 离车站也就3、4分钟路程

酒店内部客房装修略显陈旧 而且没有热水壶或胶囊咖啡机 没办法自己泡茶泡咖啡 另外 要是能有自助洗衣房就好了
