It is the best hotel in Biel, but that doesn't mean much as in general hotel standards in Biel are not that high... Small room and smaller bathroom |

Goede kamer. Alles zeer schoon. Het hotel ligt op een goede plaats in Biel. Sommige leden van het personeel erg onvriendelijk (anderen zeer vriendelijk). Ontbijt was aan de prijs, maar slecht verzorgd. Het leek wel of we blij moesten zijn dat we nog mochten ontbijten (binnen door hotel vastgestelde tijd). Zaken die op waren, werden niet aangevuld. Kamer was erg heet, geen airco. |

Statnähe in zentraler Lage, allerdings schlechte Wegbeschreibung, so dass wir mit dem Auto lange suchen mußten. Dusche in der Baedewanne, Extradusche wäre besonders für ältere Reisende sinnvoller ! |

Das Hotel bietet viele Kleinigkeiten, die für ein 4-Sterne Hotel selbstverständlich sind, die ich jedoch als, selten in einem Hotel übernachtende Person, sehr angenehm finde. Das Bett (Matraze) war bequem. Besonders toll war, dass es einen Wasserkocher (inklusive Tee oder Kaffee) im Raum gibt. Leider hatte mein Zimmer 2 Verbindungstüren, weswegen man die Gäste in den Nachbarzimmern nicht überhören konnte. Die Bettdecke war für meinen Geschmack zu warm bzw. die Temperatur im Raum zu hoch (normalerweise tendiere ich zu frieren). |

Bedmatras was zeer slecht, en heeft geleid tot een pijnlijke rug/nek tot en met nu. Er werdt gerookt bij het ontbijt. |
