Ascensori veloci! Accoglienza, staff della reception, mancava acqua calda, letto molto scomodo, eccessivo rumore nelle camere dovuto a scarso isolamento con le altre camere. |

La comodità logistica. Ho un appunto da muovere, avendo riservato una camera non fumatori....mi sono ritrovato in una fumatori. L' ho fatto notare alla reception e mi hanno detto che non è grave.mah per questo mi astengo da altri giudizi |

Excellent hotel in central location with a friendly staff who really cares. The hotel is in excellent shape, the room was very pleasant. Access to the parking was a bit hard (very small indoor access) and you have to ask a remote control at the reception to open the door. |

Everything was clean and we had a nice quiet room on the top floor. Nice beds and bathroom. We left early in the morning, so didn't had their breakfast. Everything nice, but staff wasn't very friendly, in fact a bit arrogant. |

Convenient location. Clean. Comfortable for my 1-night stay. Quiet. My camera fell behind a bench and I missed it when packing for checkout. After telephoning, the hotel staff found it and I was able to retrieve it. My reservation had no name on it. I was Mr. 'X' until the desk clerk remembered and matched the credit card number to the anonymous registration. |

very nice and comfortable.I especially enjoyed the small sauna at the 6th floor.:))) the fact that they held money from my credit card ,when i booked with booking.com immediately. |

Die zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Biel Zum Frühstück gibt es Spiegeleier nur gegen Aufpreis.Für eine 4 Sterne Haus finde ich dieses sehr peinlich !!! |

Хороший отель. Единственный недостаток - не близко от вокзала, однакл, если Вы не берете завтрак, этот недостаток превращается в плюс так как напрвляясь к вокзалу утром, можно перекусить по пути в кафешках |

Nette Checkin Mittarbeiter!!!!! Das Zimmer hatte durch die alte Einrichtung einen "Senjorenheim Geruch", durch die Tiefgarage entwichen Autoabgase in das Treppenhaus!!!! |

Das Zimmer lag auf der Straßenseite! Es gab keine Klimanalage und man mußte Nachts das Fenster öffnen, da es ansonsten zu warm im Zimmer war, wodurch wiederum man vom Verkehrslärm schlecht schlafen konnte! Das Hotel ist für Durchreisende für ein Nächtigung in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber nicht entfehlenswert!! |

de pogingen om een andere kamer te geven nadat we hadden gezien dat de eerste kamer aan de rumoerige straat kant lag. we slapen n.l. graag met open raam. de tweede kamer was aan de achterkant en dus rustiger. jammer dat het open raam uitkwam op een voor nadere kamers ook bereikbaar plat dak met tegels. er liepen s`avonds. s`nachts andere gasten nieuwsgierig langs ons raam. tevens was de gehorigheid tussen de kamers eigenlijk te veel. zelfs rustig pratende gasten waren vrij goed verstaanbaar. Hebben hier verder geen punt van gemaakt in de richting van receptie of hotelleiding. overal is wel wat. |
