The hotel is respectable and the rooms are convenient in the size and their facilities. In the room were Electric Kettle with coffee, tea and free mini bar The little bit dealing with the finding of park place for the car

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, also the hotel was well presentated The room was very hot which ment we did not have a good nights sleep, we could not open the windows due to traffic noise and there was no AC. The breakfast did not provide good value for money

Sauberkeit. freundlicher Service Frühstück extra CHF 20.-/Person ist zu teuer. Zudem waren die angebotenen Speisen zum Teil unansehlich (z.B. gekochte Eier am ersten Tag aufgeplatzt und am zweiten Tag immer noch in der Schale. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Eier bereits mehrere Tage dort lagen. Auch der Käse war z.T. an den Räbdern angelaufen.

Lage war gut (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof). In der Küchenzeile gab auch Geschirr (leider nur 2 Gläser). Eine Cola, 2 Wasser und ein Orangensaft wurde vom Hotel spendiert. Wasserkocher und Tee gab es auf dem Zimmer auch. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet.

Das Einzelzimmer war eine Abstellkammer, im Bad hat es gestunken aufgrund des offenen Ablusses, das Restaurant und Fitnessbereich ist sonntags geschlossen!

Accès facile, proche des commerces et restaurants. Parking intérieur, mais pas commode pour y accèder. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire; très bien. Barre au radiateur pour chauffer le linge de bain. Le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel ferme ses cuisines à 22h30 !! A 22h40, je ne peux meme pas manger un oeuf au plat ! No comment.

Ich habe ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und habe ein wirklich sehr ruhiges Zimmer erhalten. Das Bett war super und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Badezimmer extrem klein, kein Duschvorhang. Mir wurden Getränke aus der Minibar offeriert. Ich hatte zum Mineralwasser keinen Flaschenöffner gefunden, so dass ich nicht von dem Angebot profitieren konnte.

Ich wurde nach dem Aufenthalt ohne gefragt zu werden in ein Mercure-Mitgliedsprogramm aufgenommen, was sehr störend war. Ich musste extra nach Paris anrufen, um wieder von diesem Programm wegzukommen. Damit verscheucht man Kunden!
