The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms are quite spacious and comfortable Public areas/restaurant do need freshening up a bit up but hotel is under new ownership from 1st October 2008 so maybe .... |

Comfortable bed, friendly staffs, unique bedroom furnishing. Safe provided is too small to place laptop. The room was very warm during summer. No lift to the upper levels. |

friendly hotel staff and the excellent food at the restaurant. The location is great, close to the old town and easy to get just walking from the train station. |

ligging, midden in het centrum. typisch zwitserse inrichting. auto werd netjes voor ons geparkeerd. erg oud gebouw, daardoor een wat lastige bereikbaarheid van de kaner: via diverse trappetjes en gangetjes. de kamer die wij hadden was erg ruim, maar de vloer liep heel erg scheef( oud gebouw). |

Das gesamte Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und setzt sich damit deutlich von anderen Luzerner Hotelpersonal ab. Das Hotel hat viele detaillreiche, schöne Räume und Nischen, wirklich sehr schöne gastronomische Räume und romantische Innenhöfe. Wie gesagt, das Personal war höchst zuvorkommend !!! Ein dickes Lob ist angebracht. Das vegetarische Frühstücksbuffet war toll. Aufgrund baurechtlicher Vorschriften darf wohl keine Klimaanlage eingebaut werden, das sorgt für schlechten Schlaf, da die Holzfassade der Fachwerkgebäude sich tagsüber enorm aufheizt, ein echter Nachteil. Das die Häuser aufgrund der historischen Baumasse sehr hellhörig sind, liegt in der Natur der Sache, das muss man eben für das schöne Hotel hinnehmen. |
