Hotel Rebstock

The staff were generally pleasant and helpful. All the rooms are listed as wireless connected. When my computer did not work in the room I was given, they were willing to change my room the following day when another room became available.

The hotel was much smaller than I expected. I came with a large roller type suitcase expecting to use elevators. This hotel has elevators between floors which requires one to use the stairs at some point when moving around in the hotel. A baby crib was left in the hallway for storage in front of my room. This gave the hotel a cramped appearance and the feel of a boarding house more than a hotel. The image I had from the website did not match the reality.

The people were really great and helpful. It was centrally located and in that respect a good choice.

It was not airconditioned, It was difficult getting suitcases up and down the three flights of stairs, no elevators. No comfortable chairs in the rooms. The hotel is next to a church that rings bells 24/7, 4-6 times an hour. No ice machines and getting ice from the staff seemed liked it was a bother to the staff but we got it. . Noise from the outside restruant directly below our window was constant until around midnight every night and the odors/smoke drifted up into our room. Food was so-so not great but not bad. Very very expensive. It is not a place for a handicaped person to stay at, stairs, winding stairs everywhere. Based on my experience I would not recommend this place to some of my friends.

The situation of the hotel was very convenient as it was near the station, near the centre and near the lake, The room was very comfortable as it was bigger than normal.The breakfastroom was also very nice.

The hotel is not convenient for tourist with large luggage and staff not well trained to deal with the key because she gave me another people's key.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is centraal gelegen wat betreft de oude stad en het meer. Ontbijtbuffet was in orde.

Kamer nogal aan de kleine kant. Hotel ligt vlak naast een kerk waarvan de klokken ieder kwartier het uur aangeven. Reservoir van de douchegel was leeg. Dit hotel was voor mij geen 4 sterren waard.

Das Zimmer im obersten Stock mit Terrasse war sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat einen schönen Ausblick.

Das Bad konnte man nicht als Dusche verwenden, da unter dem Dach eingerichtet und nicht hoch genug zum Stehen. Der Lift hält immer auf den Zwischenetagen, so dass das Gepäck 2 x eine halbe Treppe getragen werden muss.
