Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Murren is car-free and can only be reached by train from Lauterbrunnen or by cable car (Schilthornbahn) from Stechelberg. Parking lots are available in both villages.
Hotel Regina is located 5 minutes' walk from the Schilthornbahn station and 15 minutes from the railway station. Luggage transport services to the hotel are available at both stations.

Although there are more expensive rooms, shared bathroom was a clearly stated option in the reservation system. The room was renovated, but still retained some of its charm, like the locking mechanisms on the doors. Old Old World European elegance with a view of the Alps. We had stayed at a lot of contemporary-styled hotels and this just felt different, particularly the breakfast. Lovely dining room and deck looking right out onto the Alps. Just soaked in the feel during our breakfast, we loved it here. Emailed in advance that we would have a late check in and they were very accomodating to our needs. |

Breakfast was nice and the view from the breakfast room was wonderful; linens were clean; this is a very old hotel Did not know that we reserved a room with twin beds and no bathroom; bathroom was down the hall; no person at the desk when we arrived; & young man was not very kind when we found him at the bar; There are many other options in the wonderful town of Murren which are much better, but we could not get out of our original reservations. |

Die Aussicht, wenn das Zimmer zu den Bergen ausgerichtet gewesen wäre. In Ihrem Internet-Inserat stand nichts davon, dass die Zimmer ohne WC/Dusche sind!! Nur auf der Etage. Für Fr. 75.00 pro Nacht eindeutig zu viel!!! |

Bien et sympathique, endroit calme. Hôtel ancien, mais bien rénové et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas été avertis qu'il n'y avait ni wc ni douche dans la chambre. Heureusement, peu de monde sur notre étage. L'itinéraire sur Internet indiquait le chemin par route jusqu'à Mürren, mais ce village n'est pas accessible par route, seulement par télécabine. Il faudrait l'indiquer spécifiquement (question de bagages et d'organisation...) |

Het spectaculaire uitzicht op de bergen; we hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde. De bar was doorlopend dicht; je kon alleen rond 17 uur wat te drinken bestellen. En 's avonds was na plm 21.30 uur niets meer te krijgen. |

No limpiaban la habitación en 5 noches ni cambiaban las toallas no avisan de que son baños y duchas compartidos si quieres baño en habitación tienes que pagar la mas cara, de desayuno ponían 3 rodajas de pan para 2 personas sin tostar, personal excesivamente desagradable y verbalmente agresivo cuando reclamas, no vuelvo allí ni aunque me paguen ellos a mi |
