The location is great. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, showing personal attention regarding comfort while staying at the hotel. I was surprised, that the travel-pass was delivered to me before me picking it up at the reception. |

Convenient and quiet location. Staff were very good and particularly helpful with my requirement to have the cool blocks for my medication travel pack frozen overnight for my onward journey next day. Local restaurant recommendation was good and accurate. Wireless internet access in room was extremely slow (very slow on lobby computer too). Lobby printer needed new ink. The pillow on the bed was hard and not very comfortable (yet the mattress was good). Room had dim lighting and looked very dated. Breakfast was limited in choice. |

The hotel was very well situated - one stop on the Metro (funiculare) from the main train station and then less then a 5 minute walk. Very very quiet - the streets around the hotel are largely pedestrian only so traffic sounds were minimal. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. |

Location is good, though not too easy to find. Informal and nice staff. Rooms quite basic and small. Noise travels between walls between rooms. Not too good for sleep |

Good location. Pleasant and (mostly) helpful front desk staff. Free internet access was a welcome benefit, although only one PC was available for guest use. High tariff (rate) for such a small hotel room - therefore not good value for money. Breakfast was basic (limited food selection) and staff in the breakfast room were indifferent to our requests and had a rather "grumpy" manner. |

Having stayed in 3 or 4 various 3* hotels in the town in the last few weeks, this is the only one I would willingly return to. Friendly, clean and comfortable, in a quiet area but with many restaurants very close by. Free WiFi without constantly changing access codes. The bathroom was tiny, but spotless and functional. Not really a complaint. TV was also tiny but all channels I looked at worked perfectly, so again, not really a complaint. |

The room was very nice and they served a nice breakfast. A little far from the main sites. Most of the staff was very nice but one in particular was short and not very helpful. |

Excellent location, free and fast internet connection Too warm during the very short swiss summer season. The lack of A.C. in common in hotels in Switzerland, but heating in never a problem. |

In a quiet location and easy to explore the historic quarters of the old town. TV is too small and room equipment seems to be old. |
