Good location. Pleasant and (mostly) helpful front desk staff. Free internet access was a welcome benefit, although only one PC was available for guest use. High tariff (rate) for such a small hotel room - therefore not good value for money. Breakfast was basic (limited food selection) and staff in the breakfast room were indifferent to our requests and had a rather "grumpy" manner. |

Having stayed in 3 or 4 various 3* hotels in the town in the last few weeks, this is the only one I would willingly return to. Friendly, clean and comfortable, in a quiet area but with many restaurants very close by. Free WiFi without constantly changing access codes. The bathroom was tiny, but spotless and functional. Not really a complaint. TV was also tiny but all channels I looked at worked perfectly, so again, not really a complaint. |

a good central location with helpful staff, a quiet room and nice to have breakfast included the pillows were like bolsters and we both had a terrible nights sleep, hence the poor rating for comfort |

The room was very nice and they served a nice breakfast. A little far from the main sites. Most of the staff was very nice but one in particular was short and not very helpful. |

Excellent location, free and fast internet connection Too warm during the very short swiss summer season. The lack of A.C. in common in hotels in Switzerland, but heating in never a problem. |

In a quiet location and easy to explore the historic quarters of the old town. TV is too small and room equipment seems to be old. |

people are nice, quiet rooms, good breakfast but not exceptional, very central position in Lausanne rooms are small, not very well isolated from the surrounding rooms. price comparatively high for quality |

It's situated at the very centre of the city. Besides, it's a small, clean and cozy hotel with a homey atmosphere - everything that I prefer a hotel to be. |

Friendly staff, very convenient location, good breakfast, fine room, very adequate as Switzerland is very expensive. I would return bathroom is a little small but adequate. Double bed sheet is too small but I asked and got an extra sheet, no problem. |
