Swimming pool is great, very relaxing atmosphere. A private toilet session you can forget in your room, namely the look-through glass slider door of the bathroom cannot completely close, so it feels like you have your toilet session in the middle of the room, totally no privacy. While standing on my terrace I could hear the neighbour on the toilet as he left his terrace door open. Would not stay in this hotel with a friend or so. Okay for couples who don't mind sharing their toilet sessions.... I missed a bar to order drinks, so we had to go to the reception everytime we wanted to order something. Lunch menu card is way too simple and unattractive, mostly snacks. Still had lunch, but it was a waste of money, really no taste. Even 2 star hotels in Locarno serve better food then here. |

It had a very good breakfast buffet with great coffee and friendly service. The breakfast room was a very pleasant place to start the day. One has the option to sit indoors or outside on the patio. Our room was quite spacious and the view from the large balcony was impressive. It is located in a quiet residential area not far from the lakeside pathway. Even though the bathroom was spacious, the shower stall was too small. I would also have preferred a proper door on the bathroom rather than the frosted glass slider. |

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotlessly clean as were the breakfast room and other public spaces. The spacious grounds are also well maintained. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. We made use of the hotel bicycles to ride around the lake path. Finally, the views from the room were exceptional. |

Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich. Die Vorhänge waren seht unpraktisch, da es schon um 08.00 Uhr hell wurde und das Bett war nich ok, als paar in 2 Einzelbetten schlafen ist nicht sehr romantisch. |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Lage, hell und geräumiges Zimmer (Standard). Bedienung beim Frühstück auch sehr freundlich. Nichts zu bemängeln! Der Lärm einiger Gäste nach 22.00 Uhr. Dafür kann jedoch das Hotel nichts. Diese Leute sollten nicht in einem Relais du Silence übernachten. |

Relativ ruhig (trotz der recht nah vorbeiführenden Bahnlinie). Ausblick auf die Berge und Bäume entschädigt für die insgesamt recht magere Aussicht auf den See. Auf Grund der Zimmerpreise sollte man deutlich mehr erwarten als geboten wird (schlechtestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einer 14-tägigen Rundfahrt an den schweizerischen und oberitalienischen Seen, die auch schweizer Großstädte einschloß). Vom Charakter lediglich ein Hotel der unteren Mittelklasse, bei dem man überall die Sparsamkeit spürt : Die Badezimmertür der renovierten Zimmer ist z.B. so gestaltet, daß sie die Toilette konstruktionsbedingt nicht voll abschließt, so daß jeder Eintretende etwaige Personen auf die Toilette sehen kann, oder die Mischbatterie der (Badewannen)dusche, die von einer "Qualität" ist, daß sie kaum richtig eingestellt werden kann (wenn manche Hoteliers wüßten, was das für eine Warmwasservergeudung mit sich bringt) |

Die Lage mit den Balkonen (Sonne, Blick zum See) und die parkähnliche Anlage mit swimming-pool. Die Ruhe und die Natur, das Bergpanorama. Ebenfalls sehr schön ist die Lobby /Aufenthaltsbereich mit Internet und Zeitungen. Generell kompetentes und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Fenster zum Balkon schließen nicht mehr ganz dicht. Wände und Fenster vertragen eine Renovierung.Doppelbett anstelle von 2 Einzelbetten wäre schön. |

Le séjour dans cet hôtel super sympathique a été un pur plaisir. Tout nous a plu. D'abord la chaleur de l'accueil, le service attentionné, le calme, la qualité de l'hébergement et de la nourriture ainsi que le confort général. Le stationnement est inclus sur le site, de même qu'Internet n'importe où dans l'hôtel, y inclus à la piscine. Bravo à toute l'équipe et merci pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons n'importe quand! |
