Everything was good, we had a really pleasant stay, thank you.
Small choice, few vegetables and fish
Very nice rooms Small and Cozy Friendly staff Good service Great location Good value for money
Limited parking, although the hotel gives a parking permit and you find the spot on the street on your own
Comfortable bed and friendly services.
Sound insulation is a bit poor.
Clean, friendly staff, park outside hotel was very family friendly, great location will stay there again
Rooms could be bigger it is small for young children no room to rub around
Good location, only two blocks from the train station. The staffs are very warm and nice and helpful. Family-like feelings to the guests. The room's very clean and stylish.
the breakfast is not of a wide choice...nothing else is unperfect about the hotel
Very accessible, only 5 mins walk from the train station. I was impressed with the friendliness and good service of the hotel frontdesk staff, which made us feel welcomed. They also shared with us on places to visit and food recommendations etc, which came in really handy. The room was modern, clean, adequately-sized and well-equipped with electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable! A great hotel with facilities and good service worthy, if not exceeding, the room price.
If you are a light sleeper, ask for higher-level rooms. We stayed at Level 1 room and could hear the music from the pub underneath during the night.
The cleanliness and the location
We were on the first floor which we did request a higher floor room as we new that noise was a problem at the week end our stay was ok on the Sunday Monday tuesday and Wednesday but on Thursday night the music noise and vibration was terrible I went to reception and they moved us without and quibbling they were apologetic
Proximity to Old Town. Proximity to station - just a 5 minute walk to each. Comfortable, clean room modern and well appointed. Breakfast good.
Having €200 taken from my debit card as routine procedure. As the minibar contained only water and snacks I'm not sure why this was required. I was assured that this would be returned to my bank at the end of stay but no receipt could be issued. Fingers crossed I get the money back!
The hotel is two blocks away from the train station and flower bridge. Very convenient.
The hotel was quite noisy. We booked a Junior Suite for four and found it not quite spacious.
$35+ euro for breakfast per person
It is a very clean hotel. All luxury very nice rooms and close to centrum
I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I am surprised every time how little respect they have for the customer and a marriott reward customer. The flexibility they have is close to zero and the cost of the room is for me not in line with the reception or lack there off. I stopped in from of hotel to unload. Nobody bothered to help, they actually just stared at us. Breakfast for 30... Bar on corner is better and way cheaper.
It's our honeymoon trip and a complimentary champaign is offered, what a surprise!
Location n cleanliness
-Beds were super comfortable -Giant rain shower head was awesome -Staff were very eager to help -Breakfast was a treat -I had a great balcony and large room -Lovely bowl of chocolate was at the front desk to greet me at the end of the day!!
-The only thing was that as the hotel got crowded, the elevator was very busy. Guests can be very clueless about elevator etiquette (like let everyone off before you get on in the lobby). But, that is not the hotel's fault!!
Staff are well trained and very pleasant. Location is good if coming by train.
We were there for four nights and had booked a De Luxe room to give more space. The room we were allocated was on the top floor, the second level in the roofline. Whilst the floor space (including bathroom & toilet) was the 25 square metres as advertised, the room had sharp sloping angles from just above floor height to the ceiling, therefore the ceiling space of the room would only have been approximately 16 or 17 square metres. This made the room feel very claustrophobic. I am only 161cm (5 ft 3) and I could just get to the bed without hitting my head but only by walking close to the bed. On the other side of the bed there was a solid pillar from floor to ceiling which my husband had to negotiate his way past. Added to this the heat in the room due to being on the roofline was intense and the aircon did not adequately cool the room. Very disappointing overall.
Location is fantastic - short 5-10 min walk from the train station, the river and the old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lounge area to relax since we arrived really early and room was not yet ready for check in.
Lovely superior room, well-appointed and comfortable. Nice touches and fast wifi.
Despite being on the fourth floor and facing other buildings, you could still hear the noise from the bar nearby - a deep throbbing music that you could feel. A light sleeper would definitely be bothered. With earplugs, I was fine.
Position near public parking places, right in the center of the city, just near the old town and the bridge. Staff very kind and friendly.
The room was really small, but very comfortable.
Location - very handy for everything Room service food Good facilities
Bathroom on the small side if I was being fussy.
Great location right by the train station, and less than 5 min walk to Chapel Bridge and the old town. Comfy beds. Very friendly, helpful staff, all through the stay. Very clean. Great rain shower. Mini Toblerone chocolates at the check in desk!
North Americans will find the room small, but it's average for Europe. It's a modern hotel, so it has perhaps less "character", but traded for modern comforts.
Toilets (being an Indian family, would have preferred a WC with washing facility - i.e a shattaf pipe
The staff was great. Also great location and clean, pretty hotel.
There is no parking. I got a room in the first flor wich was over a pub. The noyse ended only at 3 am. There was no privacy in the bathroom, wich could be seen from the bed, because of a glass wall. There was only a small lounge in the first flor. The corridor leading to the rooms was very dark.
