Renaissance Zurich Hotel  

I liked interior-design in the hotel. Very romantic!

The keys of room did not work good. I tried several times to open a door. Also the office equipment worked with delay. I waited some time at reception when their computer would start to work.

I use Renaissance Hotels most of the times, availability provided. I've never been given a single reason not to recommend the Renaissances. Staff is always up to the task, services/cleanliness/accomodation are always far beyond any expectation and the price is always convenient and realistic. So, i highly recommend the Renaissance Hotels because they're everything they claim to be. And a very nice policy they use: their rooms are exactly the same (size,accomodation,decoration,furniture) even if you choose one in Vienna or in Zurich for example. So, no matter where you are, you know that you'll enjoy the same, beloved, Renaissance inviroment!

Breakfast was great. Rooms were also having a good space for one to move, at the same time, they were very clean & elegant.

Stuff were mostly so young, I felt they are not very well professional handling my requests. Check-in took 20 min, because the guy was a "trainee"! My omlette egg (though it was great), it took the young chef 30 min to prepare it!!

Hotel is very well designed, nice and professional staff, breakfast bufet was good. Only thing to point out, for me the bed (matrice) was way too soft

My husband and I just spent a long weekend here, which was made even better by the fact that we were upgraded to a junior suite! The lobby has a very zen feel and the staff welcoming and professional. We ate in the bistro and the food was excellent, as was the service. Oh, and the quality of the bed linen is the best that I have ever encountered (in fact, I am going to enquire where it is from!)

My only gripe would be that the tea/coffee facilities were not replenished every day, nor the cups/glasses replaced. And, worst of all was the staff doing morning/evening rounds who knocked on the door before simply entering!! (I guess next time I will put a 'do not disturb' sign outside!

Staff were excellent and accomodating. Rooms clean and comfortable.

I would recommed anyone wants to Zurich to stay ih this Hotel, Everything is perfect

The hotel is situated off the Plattpark trolley stop - easy to navigate to the City Center, Railway Station and Airport. Trolley stops are 5 to 6 times hourly. Hotel caters to foreign business travelers.

Abit too far but easy access via train

Public transport just in front of the hotel.

Car parking was 32 CHF.

The room was spacious!

The hotel needed more updated technology services, especially being in a pharmaceutical district! The staff was not well informed of the surroundings, should definitely look into training them better! But the most surprising was having to pay almost 200 dollars for 2 hamburgers!

Hotel is not expencive, the room is very good, american standard with two queens bed, good atmosfere in nice reception, nice book in the lobby.Nice staff.

whirrpool was out of oder, temperature of wather is 28 C, I prefer minimum 30 C.
