Hotellet ligger precis vid spårvagnshållplatsen Glattpark.Lätt att ta sig till flygplatsen (10 min) eller till centrum (20 min) med spårvagn 10 Sköna sängar, kaffekokare, stora tysta rum Frukosten var dyr |

stora fina rum. Nära till spårvagn som gick ofta. Rummet var beläget ut mot järnvägen och vi blev störd av tågen. restaurangerna och frukosten var dyr så vi åt inte där. |

- rummet var mycket bra , sängar o kuddar sköna. Hördes inget alls av ljud/trafik utanför. Flera engelskspråkiga TV-kanaler. Hotellet är beläget ung. mitt emellan flygplats och city. Spårvagn in till city på någon minuts gångavstånd från hotellet. Tram nr 11 var inne på centralstationen på ca 20 min. Hämtning/skjuts till flygplatsen fungerade smidigt . |

The hotel is really nice, we got a good price for 2 nights stay with breakfast and parking, beds are really comfortable, very clean everywhere, nice full breakfast, very helpfull staff, especially blond guy at the reception. the hotel is between the city and airport, but tram goes from right in front of the hotel directly to city center, so it is really not a problem. nothing i can think of |

The lobby is very elegant and the restaurant facilities are very complete. Very nice breakfast with plenty of options. Wireless Internet is not provided by the hotel and customers have to use Swiss services which are extremely expensive |

The smell at the hotel totally bad "indian smell', the food "breakfast" i find something in the food. the was staff was not too friendly. |

luxurious hotel with large rooms, very comfortable and clean. Expensive hotel (although it was my election because I had a 3x2 offer) and expensive breakfast (CHF 25) not included in the prize of the room. Not very well situated (near the railway). You have a tram that takes you down to Zürich (Bahnhoff) in about 30 min. The parking is also non-free, and if you go by car it is very recommended that you leave it in a parking. |

Nice room (upgraded) but failed miserably on last day. Asian food festival interesting. Daytime reception (especially on arrival early morning fri) very nice and helpful. Rude and unhelpful staff on Sunday (check-out date): due to their computer problems, bills needed to be setlled by 11.00 and check out by 12. (after paying, the room keycard no longer worked, back to reception----- ) For day room unti l5.00 P.M. they wanted 50% of full rate, that was non cooperative - I nearly cancelled the booking for next Friday (but I had arranged meetings there). |

Qood quality for money; very comfortable rooms and nice restaurants and bars Problem is that I requested a quiet room through Booking and for some reasons nobody there saw my comment to you and gave me a room at the end of the corridor, where they store the minibar stuff, i.e. mess and horrible bottle noises during all the stay. Complaint but useless. Tried to look up their e-mail address on the site, but curiously enough they don't post an e-mail address... Rooms ending with 21 should be sold at huge discont... |

I liked the friendly staff, the nice athmosphere and the great wellness area. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit too far outside Zurich's centre, so you have to consider a 25 minute stay in tramway. |

lovely luxurious hotel with gum and swimming pool downstais which i found brilliant.i really enjoyed the time i stayed there.i guess it was a worthwhile experience. everything was more than just perfect. |

Excellent hotel at price. Though a bit isolated but well connected with metro stopping just in front of hotel. So, travelling to/fro sity or airport was never a problem. Excellent food at reasonable price in hotel's restaurants need not to look for other options. Ovrall the best hotel at this price in Zurich. mmmmm very hard to find accept poor lightening at front making it almost out of sight from road at nights. |

Nice staff, reasonable pricing,superb connection to city by tram,equipped with affordable restaurants in hotel, Booked twin room got single one, though at extremly low rates. Room with tv-set from the 80ies and airconditioning from 70ies, |

The hotel was great. It is a bot outside the city center but the public transportation was excellent. The tram passes right in front of the hotel. So, you can directly go to the city center. It is close to the airport and again the tram takes you to the airport. The quality of rooms, breakfast and the friendliness of the staff was superb. We highly recommend. The location is a bit outside the city center but the tram takes you to the center on 20 minutes. Not too bad. For the price, we think it is a great stay anyway, |

The great courtesy of the staff (we arrived at 9.30 am and they gave us immediately our room), bed was very comfortable and breakfast was deliciuos. Although the hotel isn't located in the city center, it's possible to go to the city center by tramway in 20 minutes. |
