We stayed just one night here but enjoyed the friendly staff, impeccably clean room, great views. The beds were, as we have also experienced elsewhere in Switzerland, fairly hard in comparison to our standards and when folded out stole space from the dinner table. |

Great location It is important to inform cusomers about nearby construction at the moment of booking. People travel for few thousand miles to enjoy Alps, views, fresh air etc when they travel to Switzerland and huge smelly excavator next to balcony may spoil the whole experience. I would rather pay a bit more to have the one in future. |

I chose to stay at this hotel because I wanted to be able to cook for myself and I found the kitchen had everything I needed to cook during a 1-week stay. I also loved the sunny balcony and the fact that there was a small elevator--that makes a big difference when you're moving in and out from the 2nd floor. The bathroom had a tub/shower, which I prefer to just a shower. The staff was friendly and we had a partial mountain view from our balcony. The hotel is at the very bottom of the village, but shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk. The studio was small even for 1 adult and 1 child--when the wall beds were pulled down it was hard to move around the apartment and even when the wall beds were pushed up there wasn't a lot of room for our suitcases (1 suitcase and 1 carry-on for each of us--NOT a lot of luggage). If I were staying here in ski season, there isn't a lot to do apres-ski--no sauna, not much public space to gather. It would also be a long walk to/from the telecabine--and I am a hiker, so I'm not afraid of walking. |

Well equiped kitchen.Balcony.Wonderful views . Nice large bathroom with lovely powerfull water pressur. We loved sitting on the large balcony in the evening with a glass of wine and a little snack and enjoying the peace and outstanding scenery. I have written poor for comfort ,as we were in a studio(It's probably different in a one bedroomed flat) and our sleeping arrangement was a most uncomfortable sofa bed with a very thin and deformed sponge mattress. The bedding wasn't very inviting either. The covers and pillow cases didn't match and it looked as though it had already been slept in. The armchair was a single foldaway bed too and was impossible to sit on because of the springs you could feel through it. I suggest a real double bed which folds into the wall, not a sofa bed. The most important thing is to have something comfortable to sleep on. Apart from this problem there was nothing else to complain about, and I would recommend it but only with a proper bedroom. |

Castel Club was very pretty. All wooden with lovely balconys and gorgeous views over the Rhone Valley. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need. The reception area was nice bright and welcoming. The apartment is ideally located right on the level of Leysin Town for the shops and restaurants and bars which are wonderful. You must try Le Fromagerie. I loved everything about this hotel and will stay there again but sadly we were let down by the pull out sofa bed in the lounge. When we arrived several slats on the bed were missing and we spent the first night on the floor. The next day the staff 'repaired' it but the next night slats fell out everytime we moved, It really was quite uncomfortable.Really you do need to be able to sleep when on holiday and this did mar our stay slightly. |

The apartment was bright, spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully decorated with lots of wood and tiles. The kitchen was very well equipped and included a small dishwasher and proper oven. The modern bathroom with bath and shower was excellent. Although compact, the living area was attractive and had stunning views of the Alps. |
