We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place which was self catering where we could relax and it was perfect for this. Beautiful view of the Alps from the balcony but it was foggy most of the time. Walking distance to cable car and supermarket but takes about twenty mins.

Only problem we had was that the spare bathroom had a bad smell and we did report it, but the staff were not too concerned and did not really make any effort to deal with it. As it was a spare bathroom, this did not upset us too much but it may have some others.

Its proximity to the train and shuttle - both are free. It's also a 7 minute walk to the grocery and city center. The apartment itself is well planned and has all essential things in the kitchen. The views are beautiful! I personally had no problems there at all. However, I think guests should be made aware of two cats (maybe more?) that live in the building in case guests have allergy issues.

A beautiful location with striking views from the apartment balcony! All amenities were of a good standard, and the complex is in a good location for the surrounding village! Overall it was really nice and would consider coming back in ski season! Can't really fault the apartment, however think carefully about were your going to be during your trip! The apartments are nice, but getting the train in Switzerland will cost you a fortune! If your going for a city break stay in the city and you soon spend whatever you save! Oh and be aware that the mountain train is not free, they have spot checks and will charge you 100 francs if you don't have a ticket!

It was well located on the edge of the village with stunning mountain views. The play park was a 2 min walk away for my kids to play. The owner was really friendly and took the time to answer all your questions. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for casual self catering accommodation and I would happily book it again the next time we're planning to visit Leysin.

This was our third stay at Castel Club and our cheapest room. Previously we had booked a large room and a 1 bedroom with balcony. This time was the studio for 2 people and this was by far our favourite room. The room is very nicely appointment with a great cooker, dishwasher, Fab shower and bathroom. Very comfy beds, and a lovely lovely balcony with a view of the hills and countryside. The hotel is lovely. The staff are great but they are swiss, I note other people have said they weren't friendly... They are friendly Its just the swiss way not to be overly gushing. They answered my every request instantly and were happy and professional. The hotel is close to the bottom of the village, within a few feet of the bread and cake shop (kush) and the Co-Op for shopping, further up the hill is another supermarket caled pam. The area is quiet, relaxing and very very pretty. Highly recommended Bring your own hairdryer, the one there is a kind of 60's effort and my hair was wild for the whole week lol!

Beautiful location with well equipped and spacious rooms! Views are super. Short walk to shops. Helpful staff. Had a lovely stay! The only tiny problem we had was internet connection from our chalet. (Though it was avaliable from a number of spots around the chalets.)

Your format is excellent, and I would thoroughly recommend your hotel and stay with you again. The non-availability of wi-fi internet access in our apartment due to poor network reception in the building where I was staying was an irritant. It forced me to have to work in the reception/bar lounge area, but that is not open 24 hrs. This meant that we did not have internet access outside of the reception/bar lounge open times. I recommend you get a simple signal booster that will enable wi-fi reception to all apartments.

The appartment was beautiful with a view over the mountains that was incredible! Balcony, quiet and lot's of space...we really enjoyed it up until payment the next day of the taxe de sejour! :-( We wish the lady told us when we checked in that the taxe de sejour had to be paid with the exact amount of cash!!! We were not impress by the man at the check out time who told us that he would give us Swiss cash back instead of Euros....what do we do with 40 Swiss Franc after leaving the country, really?!? We finally managed to find coins here and there and he still was not happy because we paid in Euros! Must say we were mad when we left...because of this, we would not go back!

The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed staying there. The balcony has got a very nice view. The kitchen had almost every thing we needed for cooking simple things. The oven was very useful. It is near train station. If it was free cancellation we would get back again. The internet did not work properly,we had to sit next to the door to be able to use the internet. We had to wash all the dishes before leaving. And I will never again book hotels that can not be cancelled for free.something happened to me and I arrived 4 days later to hotel, but the manager allowed us to stay 2 days more, but we missed two nights and we had to pay for it.There is no public transportation nearby.

Very comfortable for a family of up to 6. Leysin is a beautiful place. Nice swiss charm. It's more like an apparthotel so not many features like in a full service hotel. Also the laundry machines were awful.

The room has a spectacular view with the mountains, you can enjoy it while drinking your morning coffee. It takes some effort to reach the hotel because you have to drive about 18 km on curvy mountain roads.

Location is off the beaten path in a quiet, secluded village. Apartment is modern and well maintained. Our late night arrival was accommodated and we were assisted by the proprietor's charming cat which led the way to the side door where we accessed our room. 10 A.M. check out was a bit early. As the accommodations are arranged mainly for longer stays, our overnight stay still required us to take out our trash and wash our dishes.

The Hotel give me relax, comfortable and happy feeling all the time.Really want to stay here for more day.We can use the kitchen and do some food for ourselves.Although the location is a bit far from the main town, still easy to get there by tram. If the hotel can supply some chockstick for chinese , it will be grateful.
