rooms r good for 2 ppl, value for money, only clearify if studios are with kitchen facility or not. near from airport.
reception staff dont know english bt they will try to help u as much thy can.
Near the airport, busstop in front of the hotel. Takes you 5-10 minutes to get there.
There was a very strong, unpleasant smell in the room. Central door to the rooms was not closed at night. Unpleasant, because the entrance was approachable by stairs, next to a public road.
Easy access to airport on No 5 Bus to pick up leased Peugeot.
No lift but we were given help with bags.
Everything was fine - bus station is in front of the hotel, room is big and clean. Restaurant has excellent food. I would definitely book it again. The only problem is small number of rooms , so booking has to be way in advance.
Location: arrived late, so great to be so close to the airport. There is also a handy, regular bus service just outside hotel to go into the city. Self catering room with kettle- very good value for money.
There was no curtain at my window, so the light shone in and woke me up very early!
The room we had on the first day was not clean, the bed uncomfortable, the fridge in the room was noisy and came on with loud noise every thirty minutes. The room (no 8) was on the road side and very noisy, could not go to sleep until 4.30 am. We were shifted to a "suit" on the top floor,at the back, less noisy and cleaner but had two windows without curtains. As it is a loft conversion could not use the shower without sitting in the bath. Using the restaurant as a reception is not desirable as the restaurant does not open before 9:00 am. I will never return to this place even if this in the only place available.
Slow internet Room not serviced daily
Nicely located in a quite neighbourhood only 5 stops away from the UN. The hotel comes with its own restaurant and the food is good.
Wifi is not working properly most of the time. The staff does not speak English, only French. The communication has to be via an interpreter over the phone.
Very friendly. Was flexible on check-in& Check out. Shops near by and close to city and Airport.
location and the restaurant meal was very good
a bit old and shabby in the room but more or less typical of an old style swiss auberge.
Location, on main road so traffic noise but handy for buses and for airport. Free bus pass given to all Geneva hotel residents. Spacious accommodation.
No fire fighting equipment or instructions in the event of a fire. Up several flights of stairs and no lift. Blind didn't work in bedroom, other window no blind at all. No microwave or oven in kitchenette.
close to the World Health Organisation headquarters friendly staff
It was clean and they have late checkin.
parking is missing. there's only a temporary parking nearby ( maximum 1 hour parking). difficult to comunicate in English with the staff.
Bus stop in front of it.
Orrible beds, no curtains, too much noise, the list would be longer, but I want just forget this place a never see it again.
The room was shabby, furniture stuck together with I range masking tape, lights not working, window blind so damaged it did not work. The room shook every time other guests entered the building as the entry door banged shut. It faced a busy main road. Shower in bathroom had dirty mould. Staff were surly.
old inn, cosy atmosphere, pleasant restaurant downstairs, superb location for WHO/UN offices or the airport
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It's 2 stops away by bus to the airport and only 5 stops to the United Nations. The staff was friendly and the amenities in the apartment were basic but functional. The bathroom was a bit small, but the fixtures were all new. The apt was also very clean and not too noisy, given that it was on a main street.
It would have been nice if the apartment came with a few additional amenities such as dishwashing supplies and hand towels. However, this was not a huge deal. Also, the lighting throughout could have been brighter.
the room was cleaned, but If you look Detailed, it was very dirty.
the staff were nice
the staff did not speak English at all.
Friendly staff Large studio Close to bus lines
Shower was very small No maid service on weekends No functioning landline in rooms
Room was big for one person
Wifi was too bad Staff can't speak English
The location of the hotel was very convenient. It's only 2 stops from the airport and about 5 stops from the United Nations. The bus stops are very close (less than 1 minute walk) and only a few stops from the Cornavin train station (Bus 5). The price was also good for a studio apartment, great for long stays in Geneva. The apartment was also quiet despite being on a busy street. Would stay here again.
Some of the facilities could be improved (i.e. the front door handle was loose and the bathroom door would stick). The stairs to the second floor were quite steep, however it wasn't so much of a problem. The lighting could have been better throughout the apratment and I wish that the TV had cable channels to see world news.
The hotel is very close to the airport, only a few bus stops away and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The room and the toilet was neat. The staff only spoke french, however, they would call somebody who could speak english and try to get their point through them.
The apartment with kitchenette was on top with many stairs to climb up. It was pretty difficult with old people to get atop the room. The water tap mixer wasn't functioning well, it was either hot water or bitter cold water.
