Hôtel Résidence CityZen

The staff was very kind and helpful. Access was not so difficult since 3 times a week reception works till 22.00 (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) and I came on one of these days. I was afraid of the reputation of the quartier (some reviews) but this area is far from being a red light district. There were some priostitutes in the street from morning on but they were decent. - after passing by them for 3 days some of them even said "Bonjour!"when they saw me. Since I was tired after being at the meetings the whole day I was in my room by 20.00 so I dont know what was happening later but it was not noisy at all

My room was very small (I guess the smallest in the whole residence according to what I have seen when the doors of the neighbouring rooms were opened), the kitchenette was not well equiped and there was no proper place to eat.But other rooms were quite nice.

Location was fantastic, although it is in the red light district but still very accessible to all main things, so in general the location is great. Air con was good as rooms got quite hot.

It was on the whole good for us because it provided a kitchenette. It was close to everything, Lake Geneva, the Old Towne, shopping all within walking distance.

It was too close to strip clubs.

I discovered the hotel was in the middle of bordels quarter of geneva. Prostitutes were all around! Terrible experience since we were there with children. Checked out next morning and went to another hotel.

The area the hotel is located in is kind of noisy and not the greatest, but overall good stay. Felt like the price was a little on the high side.

For the second time they charged me more than the amount on my confirmation mail but as I didn't have the mail with me and it was only 20 or 30 CHF I didnt complain. But they shouldn't do that.

В отеле нет кухни, при приезде вечером поесть-попить особо негде. Также вечером и ночью нет никого из обслуживающего персонала. Перед поселением Вам вышлют на мыло инструкцию с кодом открытия входной двери и где искать ключ от Вашего номера. Но в целом претензий нет- номер чистенький, место тихое.

Hotel liegt im Rotlichtviertel, Parkplätze in der Straße vor dem Hotel sind dauerbesetzt, d.h. es bleibt nur Parkhaus mit entsprechenden Zusatzkosten

A szobaárában lévő konyha nagy előnyt jelentett, illetve a gyerekágyat külön helyiségben lehetett elhelyezni, így nem zavarta egymást szülő és gyerek. Ingyenesen biztosították a gyerekágyat.A személyzet kedves volt. A reggeli nem tipikus francia volt, hanem annál bővebb.

A szállás kiváló volt, csak a hotel volt a prostituált negyed szélén. Talán ez még nem is lett volna zavaró, de már az első éjszaka több személy összecsapott egymással, ami miatt rövid időn belül 4 rendőrautó is kijött a helyszínre. Ez egy kisgyerekes család számára nagyon ijesztő és rögtön elgondolkodtató, hogy már másnap kiköltözzenek-e.
