the location was great, in the heart of all geneva attractions. The stuff were friendly and helpful. we booked two large studios but the rooms and the corridors smelled bad, very old floor carpet, extremely unconfortable matresses, the overall furniture was very poor and old, but when we complained about that, we were given a better renovated studio and an apartment for the same price of the studio. |

The location, very close to all city spots and safe. The beds were terrible, mattrices completely uncomfortable, first night I woke up after 2 hours and could not find a position to sleep. I booked a studio because we had our baby with us, however microwave was not working properly and it was cleaned only the first day and then not again although I asked for the rubish to be removed at least. |

The location was great. Very close to the Jet d'Eau. The bed was very uncomfortable, the staff unfriendly, the room was very dark, dirty shower. |

Having the kitchenette was excellent The beds were not comfortable at all - they were those fold up ones - which were unsuitable for a hotel room. |

The location is perfect near the lake and the old city. It is well equiped with the small kitchen and bathroom so that you can cook and eat in the room. Nice and clean towels and sheets. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is quite small and furniture quite old but still good enough! |

We were pleased with the peaceful aspect of the hotel and found the small kitchen a great advantage due to the cost of living in Geneva. We were generally left alone and came and went without any problems. Very good location. No plug in the sink (or bidet) and none provided although we asked. |

Room design was comfortable and practical, well equipped kitchen, helpful staff, location (near the city centre and close to the lake) the blanket was a bit old. the safety deposit box did not work; otherwise everything was OK. |

The location is excellent. The room was shabby, furniture old and worn out. I was surprised that I had to pay up front, upon check in. Even with the credit card guarantee the hotel manager insisted on full payment in advance. For the quality of facilities and level of service the hotel is overpriced. |

your hotel is in a good location and the free tram ticket is a nice idea. the size of the room is big for geneva room was dirty, there was no maid service on my second day so the bed was unmade and the linens were not replaced. the wireless internet connection failed and the staff promised to get me an entry code for the 24 hours of service I purchased within 15 minutes three separate times. However, nothing was done until 3 hours before checkout. |

The beds turned out to be Murphy Beds with a very thin mattrass. The staff should have warned us of the serious pickpocket problem in Geneva. |
