We ve stayed there as a family for 3 nights.The hotel was located at the very center of Zurich,hotel has a style,good architacture,warm staff,fair price...we were happy to be there... Among the concept of this hotel everything was fine... |

the hotel is in the center of the city at an acceptable price we had to wait until 3pm to check in and the pavement in the bathroom and kitchen were not clean |

The hotel was well-situated, in downtown Geneva. The room was big and it had a kitchen. It looked more like a small apartment than like a hotel room -- a pleasant surprise. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel has free internet in the lobby, something that I took for granted before making this trip to Switzerland -- free internet seems to be a luxury there. |

Excellent location in the downtown area (market nearby on Wednesday and Saturday); very nice for families with children as several playgrounds are in the area (incl. baby beach at the lake); fully equipped kitchen; very friendly hotel staff; quiet rooms; air-conditioning; parking space available on reservation. |

The kitchenette allowed us to save money. This is not a luxury hotel but the price is excellent for this wonderful location. |

Its location was excellent Eveything else was lousy. From the fact that "the credit card machine was broken", to the fact that I was given a rate of 1 to 1 on my euros, to the fact that after I called and they agred to have me check out at 1 pm insterad of 12 noon, they locked me out by disactivating my key, etc. etc. |

The room was well furnished and provided ample space. Although the room stated that it was only for 2 persons, there were 5 Murphy beds in the room. The kitchen came fully equipped, and gave us a great respite from eating out at the very expensive Swiss restaurants. Very centrally located, rooms are very quiet even though the hotel is on a busy intersection. The hotel staff was very rude when we went to check-in. |
