The hotel is located outside of the city center in a quite environment but not a long distance to center - only a few minutes drive. The staff were always smiling and willing to help. It feels true that it was just renovated - nice room, balcony and nice garden with swimming pool - though we didn't get time to enjoy swimming there. The sound proof - especially in the bath room where you can hear clearly your neighbours activities - was poor. |

It is a quiet place , recomended as strating point for trip to Monte Tamaro , chocolate factory , Valle Verzasca and other beutifull places Swiming pool is very small for capacity of the hotel. |

Die Hotelangestellten sind sehr freundlich und die Bedienung einwandfrei. Das Hotelzimmer ist zwechmässig eingerichtet und der Essbereich besitzt ein Südländisches flair. Alle Zimmer sind mit Sicht auf den Palmengarten mit Pool ausgerichtet. |

L'accueil sympa et souriant, le petit déj bien garni, la propreté et le design, le restaurant proposé à quelques mn à pied de l'hôtel, le jardin bien entretenu avec piscine, le parking privé, et les chiens bienvenus. A quelques mn en voiture du centre ville |

Wir sind sehr spät angekommen und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig und doch zentral. Am Montag war nur eine Servicefachangestellte im Frühstücksraum. Sie war gestresst. Das hat die gute Stimmung etwas gedrückt. Schade! |

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig. Der Garten einladend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen eher klein. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir damit Mühe gehabt. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Grösse des Zimmers für vier Betten war o.k. Die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Tessiner Täler und auch für einen Besuch in Ascona und Locarno hat uns entsprochen. |

Das Hotel ist nicht weit von Ascona und Locarno gelegen. Auch eine Busstation ist nicht weit. Die grösse des Zimmer war für eine 4köpfige Familie angemessen. Auch war ein Kinderspielplatz in der Nähe Der Kindersspielplatzwar in unmittelbarer Nachbarscshaft, konnte aber nicht direkt angegangen werden, sondern musste erst durch einen weiten Umweg erreicht werden. |
