Located in the heart of the Les Diablerets ski resort, this converted cottage from 1891 is surrounded by the impressive panorama of the Valais Alps. All rooms have been renovated in 2010. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the public areas of Hotel Les Lilas, and you can park free of charge on site. Hotel Restaurant Les Lilas offers traditionally furnished, non-smoking rooms in a unique mountain style, all of which are newly renovated and very quiet. Nice small family hotel located in chalet. Cozy rooms with a rustic feeling, with divine smell of wood. Attentive and helpful owners. Good location - I can't understand those who complain about it, while you can actually walk around all Les Diablorets in 20 minutes. The restaurant is worth a visit even if you don't stay here.

The hotel is totally charming and authentic, while amenities such as bathrooms are modern. The host spoke perfect english and was very knowledgable about the local excursion, helpful with advice both logistically ( how to get from and to) as well as what/when to do/see things in the area. I was there on business but also enjoyed free afternoon on leisure trips inspired by the host of the hotel. would stay there again in a heartbeat.

La chambre très bien, propre, lit confortable, spacieux. L'accueil, les tenanciers (patrons) pas très sympa. Déjeuné pas terrible peux de choix. Bruyant on entend tout comme dans un chalet!!

Im alten Chalet grosse, sehr schöne, sanft renovierte Zimmer Sauna klein aber fein Treppenhaus müsste dringend auch noch renoviert werden (gibt einen schlechten ersten Eindruck, der sich nachher gar nicht bestätigt).

L'accueil, la chambre assez grande pour la famille,la salle de bain ,le souper au coin de la cheminée sympathique le cachet de la chambre Manquent des radiateur dans la salle de bain et la chambre pour sécher les habits de ski, unpeut éloigné du centre.

Geräumiges, im Chalet-Stil renoviertes Dreibettzimmer (Nr.4) mit schönem Bad, nicht zur Strasse hin gelegen, daher ruhig. Keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung durch andere Gäste. Skibus hält in unmittelbarer Nähe. Spartanisches Frühstücksbüffet, das dem Zimmerpreis nicht entspricht. Unser Sohn hatte in der ersten Nacht Nasenbluten; der blutverschmierte Kopfkissenbezug wurde während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts nicht ausgewechselt. Das Zimmer hatte Fussbodenheizung, was das Trocknen der nassen Skisachen schwierig gestaltete. Der Fön im Bad war kaputt; allerdings bekamen wir sofort einen Ersatz.

The owners were really lovely and very helpful. Perfect for staying with my 3 year old as small hotel, safe and v. child friendly. Great breakfast and also had two good meals in the evening Our room was a triple and nearly £200 per night so I was expecting a luxury kind of room at that price - room was disappointing on that front as pretty basic and shower went all over the floor each time we used - however it was comfortable just thought I would get more for the money - maybe that's just switzerland??

Rooms were cosy, not as big as previous reviews suggested. Informal, relaxed atmosphere. Staff were pleasant but not overly helpful: noinformation was given about the resort or skiing or bus etc, and no one thought to mention the clocks went forward either. The restaurant served cold lasagne and burnt garlic pasta, and the chocolate fondue was like an old hard muffin. They need to look after their customers a little more. Hotel is at the far end of the village from all the ski lifts and ski school etc but for an adult this isn't far, for kids it is. Overall pleasant enough place to stay, don't expect too much.
