This was a very good hotel. The room was small, you need to tell your customers about room size when they are booking. Good breakfast. Location was good, half way up a mountain, good views, but a car is essential. Evening meals very expensive. |

Très bon accueil d'un personnel très sympathique, panorama de la terasse de la chambre exceptionnel donnant une vision sur la vallé et sur les montagnes autours. Petit soucis de téléphone non réglé, pas de sécurité dans l'ascenceur, l'acceuil s'est fait en anglais pas génant car je parle anglais mais etonnant dans une région suisse complétement francophone |

Sehr sinnvoll renoviert, kein unnötiger Luxus, Panorama-Aussicht auf Walliser 4000-er Berge. Angenehmes Restaurant, gute "Cuisine". Zuvorkommendes Personal. Nein! Als kleine Anregung an das jüngere Restaurant-Personal: Wein- Auswahl pflegen.Keine allzu breite Auswahl, eher bewusst.auf lokal /regionale Weine setzen und diese in verschiedenen Kategorien ( also vielleicht den einen oder anderen "Réserve" auf Lager halten. Was wir getrunken haben war allerdings I.O. |

Als zeer positief hebben we het diner ervaren. Goed en zeer smaakvol bereid. De bediening was uiterst vriendelijk en correct. De ligging van het hotel is prachtig. Ontbijt was matig. niet genoeg variatie in bv. brood. of iets warms zoals eigerechten.Privacy van de kamer liet echt te wensen over omdat de mensen indien zij op het terras zijn je hele kamer kunnen overzien. Indien hier serieus nota van genomen zou worden zou ik het hotel zeker bij anderen aanbevelen. |

L'accueil par la patronne hollandaise, la vue magnifique et la décoration interne avec beaucoup de gout. Nous avions demandé une chambre "supérieure" et elle était parfaite. Welcome but the Dutch hostess, nice view on the Alps and internal decoration with a lot of taste. We asked for a "superior" room and it was fine. Comme décrit dans des évaluations précédentes : choix insuffisant pour le petit déjeuner - savonnettes limites + assez bruyant car en bordure de la route d'accès à Montana - trop chaud en été. As described in previous evaluations : breakfast choice too limited - rather noisy because next to main access road to Montana - too hot in hot summer night. |

客室内装はかわいらしく統一されている。ベランダからの眺めも気持ちよく、花も丁寧に手入れされていました- 。 ベッドルームに広さをとっているせいか、バスルームが狭すぎる。特に洗面台は小さくて、顔を洗うのが大変で- した。セーフティボックスが設置されていたのですが、以前のお客さんの暗証番号が解除されていなかったのか- ？使えませんでした。 |

nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de la chambre. La salle de restaurant avec vue était agréable. Que l'on nous donne une chambre au dessus du parking côté route (bruyante le matin tôt) alors que l'hôtel était visiblement désert. L'hôtel est assez isolé, ce qui "piège" un peu les clients pour le dîner qui lui est assez cher. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas à la hauteur des prétentions affichées par le restaurant. |

Heel vriendelijk onthaal (zelfs in het Nederlands) Heel ruime comfortkamer met prachtig uitzicht op het berglandschap in de omgeving. Je geniet ook van dit uitzicht vanuit het restaurant. Heel lekker gegeten. Proper. Heel mooie inrichting. Ruime parking aan het hotel. Een aanrader ! Standaardkamer is klein maar toch gezellig en proper. |

zeer proper, mooi uitzicht, relaxte sfeer. Het eten was lekker. De grote parking voor het hotel is een echt plus punt. Veel te kleine badkamer, enkele legboorden zouden al iets meer comfort geven.De wastafel is zeer laag. Geen douchegel of dgl. aanwezig.Het eten is nogal duur. |

Sejour en juin donc hotel calme ; diner onéreux mais des plats originaux et de qualité ; petit déjeuner correct, parking de l'hotel attenant à l'accueil. L'hotel domine la vallée, est pratiquement dans les vignes et à quelques kilomètres seulement de Crans-Montana. Un détail : pour un trois etoiles juste deux savonnettes et une verre pour deux dans la salle de bains. Ce serait facile d'améliorer ce point. |
