This hotel enjoys a tranquil location in the village of Tiefencastel, in the canton of Graubünden. Hotel Rätia offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Hotel Rätia features a traditional pink façade and country-style rooms with wooden furniture. All rooms include satellite TV and a private bathroom. super freundlicher Service offen für Sonderwünsche fühlten uns rundum wie zuhause konnten uns nicht wie gewünscht vorab telefonisch anmelden, weil unter der bei ihnen angegebenen Nummer niemand ran ging. Klappte aber auch vorherige Anmeldung super.

Super freundliche Bedienung, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Lage. Parkplätze vorhanden. Empfehlenswert.

klein aber fein. die dame die alleine dort war, hat sich sehr mühe gegeben. salatteller waren spitze, alles frisch. nach dem nachtessen gab's noch ein stück kuchen gratis. zum frühstück gab's einen extra kaffee, der warm war. ein bett war nicht angezogen. es hat keinen skiraum, aber die schuhe durften wir in den gang stellen.

Lage von Tiefencastel ideal zwischen Davos und der Lenzerheide. Raucherstübli im Erdgeschoss. Man riecht den Rauch auch einwenig im 1. OG d.h. auf den Zimmern.

albergo semplice prezzo e qualità e pulizia ottime. La signora Von Arx - gerente di tutto l'albergo gentile e socievole. Sicuramente andremo ancora per un weekend.

Un hotel calme ,proche de la gare ,un endroit ideal pour visiter la region a pied et en train( chemin de fer de l'albula) .nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de cet hotel. Bon rapport qualitė prix Rien a redire ,sinon que le code wifi fourni n'est pas valide

Hum, petit déjeuner ok avec bon café. Personnel qui ne parle qu'allemand. Pas d'anglais, pas de français, pas d'italien. Pas très pratique. Les factures sont faites "mitaine" et pas très claires ... Nous sommes restés 2 soirs et ça été tellement compliqué se faire comprendre. Repas gastronomique à l'hôtel ? ça me surprendrait, le chef aux cheveux longs ne porte même pas de filet sur la tête. Il n'y avait à peu près personne pour le souper. Préférable d'aller à l'Hôtel Albula et Julier pour le souper avec belle terrasse et proprio ultra sympathique et qui connaît sa cuisine. Nous y avons très bien mangé. Tiefencastel, rien d'excitant. Ne vaut pas le détour. Nous devions faire un arrêt à cet endroit pcq nous étions à vélo. Sinon, passer tout droit !

Sehr freundliche Dame, die offensichtlich das Hotel in der Vorsaison alleine managet und sehr hilsbereit war, uns unerfahrenen WiFi-Benutzern das Internet auf da i-Phone zu zaubern Die Fernsehanlage wurde während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts gerade auf digitalen Empfang umgestelt, deswegen konnten keine deutschen Programme empfangen werden. Problem müsste aber jetzt beseitigt sein.

The staffs were very friendly. When we arrived at the reception there was no one an the entire hotel was locked. So we called the hotel ppl and no one was able to talk in English. It was very difficult to make them understand that we were standing outside the hotel in the cold !!!

Ottimo garni a solo 15 minuti di auto da Lenzerheide. Camere piccole ma perfettamente pulite (non c'è l'ascensore), con tv, frigo e doccia. Posteggio esterno e wi-fi gratuito! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per un 2 stelle. Colazione semplice ma completa. Ritonerò sicuramente!

Nice breakfast. Shower had plenty of pressure. Linens were provided, which is not necessarily the case for Europe. My wife thought the bed was a little too firm.

Nette Angestellte, gute Betten, reichhaltiges Frühstück, Lage ideal für Albula-Julier-Pass-Radfahrer, auch nicht weit vom Thermalbad Alvaneu, Das warme Wasser war immer sofort üppig da in Dusche und Waschbecken. Hotel hat einen alten Charme manchmal ein bisschen Zigarettengeruch, obwohl nicht in den Räumen geraucht wird, sondern draussen.

The landlady was very nice and really does her best to accomodate. The hotel is in the center of the village and not far from the station. The hotel and the room smell of cigarette smoke and the wifi did not work in the room.
