Location was perfect. Bus/tram stop just a few steps away even the distance to the center by foot was just 10 minutes. Breakfast was basic but also adequate. Room size and equipment was more than enough. In addition, TV has two Turkish channels which was good when resting in the room after an intensive walking day. Prices were absolutely high compare to the other European countries but this situation is valid for everything in Switzerland. |

Cheerful welcome by good english speaking receptionist. Basle Mobility card for free public transport issued for both day of arrival and next day. Adequate buffet breakfast but no eggs! |

The only english/italian speaking people in Basle, and is located quite in a central position rooms are quite old fashioned...but cleaned |

Check-in/out very straightforward. Room size was good. Good location. Room smelt of smoke, was facing the road so couldn't have the windows open due to noise. No tea/coffee making facilities. Some staff were quite unfriendly. |

Fair location, good food at the restaurant, large and clean room. Rooms are barely there in terms of comfort. No internet. I wouldn't book again at the same hotel. |

Friendly staff, very nice, homely IItalian restaurant attached. My room was spotlessly clean and the double glazing completely eliminated any traffic noise. The breakfast, which is described on the booking.com website as 'continental', is in fact a more than adequate buffet breakfast - a pleasant surprise. |

Nähe zur beruflichen Tätigkeit, gut erreichbar mittels öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, unkompliziert, saubere Zimmer, sehr grosses Zimmer, zweckmässig eingerichtet, guter Cappucino zum Frühstück, relativ ruhig trotz verkehrsreicher Lage (bei geschlossenen Fenstern), kein Lärm von anderen Gästen kein Fön, ältliches Interieur, Heizung nicht regulierbar, rauchendes Personal am Empfang (Aschenbecher überfüllt), Buffet am Morgen etwas lieblos (Käse, Fruchtsalat) |

Die Lage erlaubt Spaziergang am Rhein. Auch ist man sehr schenll im Zentrum dank eines Freitickets fuer die oeffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, was man beim Einchecken erhaelt. In der Beschreibung heisst es, dass wireless Internet im gesamten Hotel zur Verfuegung steht. Dies traf aber leider nicht in Zimmern im 3.Stock zu. |

Fraca insonorização dos quartos, muito fraco isolamento de cheiros entre restaurante/lobby do hotel. Decoração outdated deixa a desejar, o mesmo se aplicando à disposição dos elementos (televisão, armário, mesinhas de cabeceira), pouco prática nuns casos, simplesmente errada noutros. Globalmente, é demasiado caro para o que oferece. |

restaurace - italské menu, rychlá a příjemná obsluha, zvláštní interiér - strodávný dětský kolotoč. Pouť je oblíbenou atrakcí v Basileji, koná se obvykle v druhé pol. října, přímo v centru. Hotel je nedaleko řeky Rýna, kousek do historického centra. interiér pokoje se nehodí k celkovému stylu hotelu |

Jag och min son tyckte att läget var mycket bra, och det var bekvämt när spårvagnarna stannar alldeles nära hotellet. För övrigt nära till sevärdheter och kommunikationer. Frukosten var ganska enkel. Vi hade rum mot gatan, och om man ville öppna fönstret och vädra, så var trafiken störande. |
