The hotel was centrally located. Hotel personnel were helpful. It was easy to travel around the area using the hotel as a hub. |

Lauterbrunnen was a great location: central to many lifts and to some great waterfalls. The hotel staff patiently and helpfully answered all our sightseeing questions and made phone calls to attractions at our request. |

Service orientation of the staff was excellent, location too, the room size was aedequate You could tell, that it must be many years, since this hotel was renovated, it is a little bit outdated; it would be nice to having a ski boot rack allowing them to dry over night |

The location, the personal attention and interest of the owner, the location, the location, but one cannot charge high prices on only that basis. One has to do something special also. It is a bit dead, it is in fact dying to a certain extend because nothing is being done to attract custom. The restaurant is a huge problem, recently sublet, high prices, no link to the owner of the hotel..... |

parking place. location, waterfalls. extremely small room, palm size TV screen, very small bathroom with only a shower. you have to lock the door manually. salty food. I have never seen this kind of hotel in this price. 2-star is enough for this hotel only if the price is half. |

close to train station, if you stay 3 nights you can have breakfast at Schilthorn revolving restaurant, but you have to pay for transport to get there around CHF 70 staff not too friendly |
