the setting if the hotel at the lakeside is excellent, scenery perfect jew a couple of minutes from the boat station to thun or interlaken. bathroom very small and dark no bath available, but clean and plenty of hot water. |

The back side of the hotel (#220) received full visability from the outdoor bar tables (noise until well after midnight) and second hand smoke into our room nearly all day and until mid night from bar customers, hotel guests, and hotel employees who smoke nearly all day on the back side of the hotel. Would never stay on the back side again!! |

the rooms overlooking the marina are a must. The rooms at the rear of the hotel look out onto the roadway. It is worth paying a bit extra for the front rooms which look out onto the lake. Not a thing. Payment can be authorised by the reception staff in most currencieseven using your credit card. |

The fact that it is close to the Boat Station, quiet location, very good breakfast, all the staff and owners were very friendly and helpful to me as I have very little knowledge of the local language. |

Location on lakeside of Lake Thun is wonderful with most rooms having a marvellous view of the mountains,lake and marina.The rooms are very well furnished, of a good size and mostly with balconys, the two rooms we had the bathrooms were rather small . The staff are all very friendly and very sociable. |

The hotel was nice and clean... our room smelt really good when we first walked in. It was lakeside with mountain view and we had a balcony facing the lake which was really romantic. The hotel staff was really friendly and the owner even offered to drop us to the train station on one morning. Breakfast was continental and pretty good. |

It was a quiet, nice place to stay. The owner brought us, pregnant, to the railway station with our bags. Very nice and friendly. |

It is a very comfortqable hotel when compare with the others during that trip in Europe. Environment is prefect, view is good, very very quiet. You can hear the ring of the bell from the nearby Church. Fanstatic. Not noisy. A good hotel to stay when you travel in spiez. Far from Railway station, Breakfast is very normal. If shuttle bus can be provided between hotel and railway station, that will be prefect. Supermarket is far away from the hotel, just near the Railway station. |

Great location, right by the lake. Good signs from the station so easy to find. Being right by the lake means it is 15 minutes up hill to the station. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist am Ufer des Thuner Sees traumhaft schön. Das Restaurant ist wohl für die seriösen Einwohner von Spiez der Treffpunkt und ist für das schweizer Preisverhältnis durchaus empfehlenswert. Selbst das Schweizer Bundesheer war anwesend. Der Bad-WC-Bereich ist etwas eng, was aber durch die Lage im Dachgeschoss bedingt war. |

Lage...Direkt neben der Burg...Ausblick auf den See und die Burg...das Essen war hervorragende...alles sehr Sauber Im Zimmer hat es etwas unangenehm gerochen...evtl. weil das Bad alt war...allerding war alles sehr sauber |

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend.Die Lage an der Promenade und dem Jachthafen, direkt am Thuner-See, ist außerordentlich schön.Es empfiehlt sich, ein Zimmer mit Seeblick zu buchen. |

Die Lage direkt am Hafen des Thunersees hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Balkon ist ein absoluter Traum, leider war bei uns das Wetter aber nicht balkonmässig... War alles ok. |

Ik vond het personeel bijzonder attent, het eten was prima, de eigenaar (naar ik aanneem) kwam persoonlijk langs, het hotel ligt leuk aan het water en er werd aan mij als één persoon, net zoveel aandacht besteed als aan anderen. |

Es war wunderschön, Morgens,direkt am See, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken. Das Bedienungspersonal war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Das Essen von der Speisekarte war sehr lecker zubereitet und schmackhaft. Die Betten waren etwas ausgelegen und haben laut geknarrt. |
