The location is beautiful and the chef is very good; beautifully cooked food. The room had no opening windows, just doors onto a non-secure balcony; as a result the room was unbearably hot and stuffy overnight. The staff are mainly polite but like robots with no warmth about them however one of the staff was exceptionally rude and supercillious. The hotel rooms are very overpriced, not good value at all, especially if you have young children; beware they charge extra for children even if you don't need an extra bed - I have travelled extensively across Europe with my husband and 2year old and this is the only hotel where I have had to pay extra for my little boy to stay in the room even though we have a travel bed for him. At every other hotel I have only had to pay extra if I actually used an extra bed. |

Nice location and surrounding, good restaurant. The room was under the roof which made it very warm. Airconditioning should be installed for a EUR 160 room. |

Everything was ready for us on our arrival, we were welcomed and shown where all the facilities were. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast substantial. |

Underbart läge med en fantastisk utsikt. Närheten i mitt fall till kunden - samt även närheten till Lucerne och Engelberg. Nej kan inte komma på något. |

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel, zeer goed restaurant,ligging zeer gunstig voor uitstapjes met de boot, opstapplaats voor de deur, s'avonds rustig , zwembad bij hotel. Voor wie van natuur en rust houdt is dit een heerlijke locatie. |

Fantastisch uitzicht op bergen en meer. Uitstekend gelegen aan boulevard voor wandeling en zwemmen. Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer ruime kamer (junior suite). Eten ok. Tamelijk rumoerig buiten het hotel in de late uur: opruimen snackbar aan boulevard, aanmeren /fourageren / afvaren van toeristenboot. |

Situation de l'hôtel au bord du lac. Le calme. Bonne cuisine. Effort fait pour parler Français. Un arrêt des bateaux d'excursions sur le lac au pied de l'hôtel.Un bon camp de base pour la visite de la région. Salle de bain un peu petite mais bien équipée. Décoration un peu vieillotte. |

Splendida la vista sul lago,e il parcheggio gratuto è molto comodo. Zona molto tranquilla. La camera è spaziosa, così come il bagno. La reception non è 24h su 24 come specificato sul sito. I mobili della camera sono carenti per un 4 stelle. |
