Staff very very nice, smiled all time, ask if we have questions or could help with other things. The pillows/duvet was very good. Asked for at room away from street it cost a little extra they didn't charge us, own terrasse/balcony table and 2 chairs. Good breakfast.Walk to citycentre down the stairs or down the street 15 min, take a tram home, 2,10 chf, stops in front of the hotel. Dont need to go to the town, there are really good restaurants, supermarkets, bakery close to the hotel. Visit the neigbor restaurant linde, really really good homecook meat, with own bier brewery. Paid 362 chf for 2prs. Incl. Breakfast saturday-monday

It was a really nice hotel, clean with a really nice view. Just remember when you book this hotel there is a 20 frac with a 2.50 frac daily charge so it was an unexpected 100 frac more when it came to paying the bill.

The staff were very pleasant and willing to help in any way. The location suited me. I was charged and extra €25 for a quiet room which faces a church. The church has bells which ring every 15 minutes......day and night. It is very annoying. There was a blood stain on one of the curtains. The price of the food in the restaurant is ridiculous. The food is second rate, microwaved, prepacked, over salted and flavoured like cheap supermarket food. I was charged €60 for two full vodkas, one glass of wine and a hamburger. That is just nonsense. I refused to eat the breakfast for the same reason....over €20. I had something similar to a light breakfast 100 meters away for less than half of that.

Good location, but will need tram to go to city, trams are very frequent and the tram stop is almost at the door step. Staff very friendly, we had booked a double room as that was what was available on bookings but staff advised that we may find the room small for two young children and a superior room was available. Hassle free stay

отличное месторасположение.до центра пешком. из аэропорта до отеля,можно доехать на 10 трамвайчике,ну очень удобно.отель чистый,уютный.персонал вежлевый,доброжелательный,объяснят,посоветуют.ни одна наша просьба без внимания не осталась.спасибо персоналу огромное,за наше комфортное пребывание в отеле. скромный завтрак.

Gut erreichbar. Ausreichendes und schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Badezimmer (Nasszelle) sehr klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Scheint sehr abgenutzt zu sein. Sonst Zimmer gross, aber hellhörig.

Bequeme Matratze, freundliche Mitarbeiter, zentrale Lage. Im Doppelbett fuer 2 Personen gab es: 4 Kopfkissen und 1 recht schmale Bettdecke. Lieber eine Bettdecke mehr fuer die zweite Person und weniger Kopfkissen anstelle dessen.

Gostei de tudo, o atendimento no restaurante, na recepção, a limpeza e localização. Cheguei no hotel às 13h50 e infelizmente não pude fazer o check inn, pois não havia apartamento disponível, fiquei esperando até às 15h sentada no restaurante com a minha filha de quatro anos. Depois tive que sair para uma reunião deixando as minhas coisas guardadas em um lufar do hotel, esse tipo de situação é desagradável.

Camere spaziose ma con porta-vetro del bagno effetto vedo-non vedo!!! A soli 6 fermate di tram dalla stazione centrale. Prezzo ottimo per il periodo dell'epifania chf 120,00 + tassa di soggiorno.

La disponibilità dello staff dell'hotel e le facilities all'interno della struttura (bollitore in camera, guida della città, ombrello in caso di pioggia) L'unico aspetto negativo, solo per essere pignoli, è la dimensione della doccia: un po' troppo piccola!
