The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. It was clean and friendly....you really cannot fault it. Its really breakfast only as the lunchtime menu is very limited and nothing in the evening, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the City. Excellent Hotel and excellent staff. |

A good value, good location and great staff- but the St. Peterskirche next to hotel likes to ring its bells at 07.00 for 20secs. All in all, one of the better priced hotels in Basel and very close to Schifflände/Marktplatz and Spalentor- no wireless or wired in-room internet, although it was suggested the wireless internet was "not working". |

I came very late and was still welcommed. The bathroom was good, the bed was good, I was waken at the time I requested. Breakfast was good, so I was very happy customer, and whenever in Basel I will stay at your hotel again |

The hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to the main railway station via the number 11 tram, the airport and the main visitor attractions of Basel. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. |

Neat, comfortable rooms; good breakfast; 5 minutes walking to the city center. Only the bells of the church next door start ringing at 7 am, but I fell asleep again soon, so it wasn't a problem for me. |

Breakfast was great! Its very near the city which is nice for all people who want to see the city!! The staff were really good! Another good thing is that they gave us free tickets for the tram for all the days! |

The hotel was exceptionally good value, was just 2 minutes walk from the shops and was right opposite one of the market areas (ideal for the Saturday morning flea markets and the annual Herbtmesse). The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff spoke English well and were all very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was that the room would have benefitted from air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot, even at night. |

I like the cleanliness of this hotel and the location near ro the lot of attraction in the city The hotel has not a garage; they who travel by car have to take in consideration an extra charge of money for the public garage nearby. |

Very smart and comfortable room, overlooking quiet side streetexcept for neighbouring church bells at 7.00 a.m. Very central, good public car park more or less opposite hotel. Good breakfast, free internet. Parking quite expensive - may have been some private hotel spaces but all full - and a bit of a walk through lifts and tunnel to get to/from car. |
