The stay was relaxed with friendly, helpfull staff. Our rooms were spacious and the hotel was situated in a picturesque area. |

We shared the family suite, which was huge. 3 bedrooms (6 single beds), a lobby, a living room and toilet. Lots of furnitures. Feels like living in a swiss home. Was great, and the staff were kind and professional. It is a bit old, but it's a pro. Very authentic. |

We had an apartment instead of a room!! It was wonderful for a family with older children. We had a little bit of a hard time finding the hotel. With the address we had our gps kept taking us to a home. We drove around for an hour and found 2 more hotels with the same name. The hotel was just passed the original house about a mile or so up the hill. The hotel had a restaurant, other than this there isn't anything else close by. We only stayed the night, but it was a pleasant stay! We even had wireless internet!! |

Good staff, good breakfast. Did not charge extra amount for kids. supply of soap in the bathroom. Little Remote but Reachable by by bus till 12 at night. Close to bus stop. |

Just the location, nothing else. When we arrived, nobody was there until the next day. Keys are left on the reception desk with our names. Like a ghost hotel. Strange. Furniture is very old, they don"t clean rooms well... |

The location was very scenic and the breakfast was very ample and delicious. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, just room keys and a guest list. Room and facilities were elfin but clean. |

The person which welcomed us at the reception was very nice and spoke german, french and english. Food was excellent and the atmosphere in the hotel was great (there was a party with traditional music and dances the evening we stayed there). The hotel is also close to a forest with nice walking tracks, and the village, though small and a bit isolated, is situated in a very beautiful place. I suggest for people with a sensitive sleep to get earplugs for the night (if they booked the standard double room). The hotel is close to a road and sometimes you can hear the traffic. |

The food in the restaurant was very good. Staff was friendly. There is no issue of parking as there is a large open free parking space. The room that we took was small double and it was quite small. The owner tried to move us into a bigger room, but then all rooms were sold out. |

The staff were excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, but minimal and probably not the best value for your money. |
