1. The very good location, 2. Cleankiness of the room 1. In a double bedroom there was two single beds placed close each other. For a couple it would be beter to have a double bed. 2.i believe that it was quite expensive. |

Free WIFI and room's very clean and new. Very noisy outside at night because of the nearby pubs, got woken up a few times. |

Very good location, very kind staff. The rooom was not cleaned (groundfloor, bathroom). There is a very high noise in the night, due to people who walk under the windows, so that you cannot sleep. As the street is a lateral one, belchers stop under the window all the night, even if they are standing, and talk for many night hours. |

Breakfast was particularly good - the breads, the museli-fruit and the youghurt (not the usual over-sweet type!) The staff were well-informed and went out of their way to be pleasant. The bathroom was large and everything worked. Lastly the hotel's location is perfect for sightseeing and as a final salvo The Rossli has charm and a spare elegance . . . . i shall be receommending The Rossli to my friends many of whom are regualr city week-end travellers |

Convenient location in the heart of old town, very friendly atmosphere, modest and nice room. It was a bit loud in the evenings. |

Top Quality, boutique hotel. Well designed, high quality craftmanship in the room made it bright, comfortable and ambient. The terrace was worth every cent for the view day and night. Facilities were all excellent and innovative. Not having just the standard things in the room was a nice change. |

the unpretensious atmosphere in a perfect location coupled with the excellent design of the room made my stay in Zurich pleasurable. The lack of aircondition is definitley a deterrent for a returning visit in the summer. |

Pleasant and comfortable rooms in a great location and at a good price. Decent breakfast. The rooms facing the street (Rössligasse) are rather noisy at night. The hotel provides ear plugs but if you are a light sleeper ask for rooms in the back. |

The hotel was very nice, we liked it a lot. It was in central location but still very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially I liked when they made coffee for each guest individually and brought the coffee to table (even if I've been on quite many hotels, this is the first time coffee is brought directly to table). I think they don't have non smoking triple rooms, but the smell of smoke wasn't too strong, and I didn't mind too much. |

The location - right in the city and near to the train station. Old fashion, paid additional CHF100 per person for New Year's Day for the same room - the only difference is a three additional items on the breakfast buffet. Same room that we stayed in suddenly cost more just because it is New Year - ridiculous. |

Hotel has excellent staff - very eager to help, very reliable. The breakfast selection is very good. The location is wonderful. The bathroom shower door needs fixing. It would be good if there were some flowers or some personal touch to the room (e.g. paintings, etc.). The rooms are spacious but bland and too anonymous. The pillows are not that comfortable. But the staff is very helpful. |

The rooms are clean and the furniture is new and in excellent condition. The service is friendly and professional. The hotel is splitted between two different buildings, this makes it a bit uncomfortable to go from the rooms the reception or the restaurant. The variety of products served in the breakfast is a bit short, though sufficient. |

The hotel is very neat and modern, situated at the city center. They provide free internet access, and a computer to use in the hotel- restaurant room. The value for money ratio is very good. The room on the street-site are loud. |

J'ai apprécié l'accueil, la beauté du quartier, les couleurs dans la salle-de-bain et le buffet du petit-déjeuner. La rue sur laquelle donnait la chambre était très bruyante ce vendredi soir d'automne. Nous avons dû dormir fenêtres fermées et il a fait très chaud. L'odeur de fumée dans la chambre était bien présente, mais il est vrai que l'hôtel ne garantissait pas une chambre non-fumeurs. |

L'hotel Rössli est superbement situé à deux pas du lac et des sites à visiter et très calme en même temps. Situé en zone pietonne il n'est pas accéssible en voiture. |
