Was convenient, was able to have a meeting in the public drawing room, good location. Thought the bedding, pillow, mattress were very old, needed replacing. the room needed to be brought up to date. |

A charming period building in a very good area, within 15 min walking distance to central Zurich; very nicely appointed rooms -- although the single room is a bit small, bathroom spotlessly clean. Friendly, courteous and ultra professional multi-lingual reception staff; good buffet breakfast. I thorougly recommend this hotel. The complimentary bar of chocolate on check out was a nice touch. I was located on the first floor, which was noisy with staff clanking around from 4am until quite late. Luckily I brought my earplugs and was fine on the second night. Other floors may be quieter though. |

We were only there overnight, but the location was good and the room was very nice. We were on the top floor in a non-airconditioned room on a day when the temperature in Zurich reached 90. There should at least have been a fan available. |

Inrichting kamer en sfeer hotel zeer smaakvol, ontvangst, dienstverlening personeel. Geen airco terwijl dit zeer noodzakelijk is. 's Nachts niet geslapen omdat ramen open moesten staan i.v.m. hitte; buiten zeer veel lawaai! |
