Excellent breakfast and well located for ferry ride to the city Room had no view, looked out onto a brick wall. Many room are in the annex with little thought to room style and the shower was poor- designed for very short people and with no proper barrier to prevent the whole bathroom being soaked |

It is very well placed.Lovely setting on lakeside, but easy access to Zurich. Though it has a contempoary decor there are many traditional aspects, which making it more charming and homely. Service at breakfast was a little slow, staff were not very evident and had to be searched out. |

Convenience to trains/boat..whatever transport you wanted, only 15 mins to Zurich. Very peaceful stay.Food excellent.Comfortable hotel |

Schitterend hotel, mooi gelegen met een juiste combinatie van prijs en kwaliteit. Vriendelijke bediening, ideaal om Zurich te verkennen. Prima maaltijden. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Rezeption eine Katasrophe. Zimmer war um 16.00 noch nicht fertig und wir wurden dennoch unfreundlich behandelt.Hatten ein Hofzimmer gebucht, welches sehr laut war. (Ohrstoepsel noetig). Man sollte Seezimmer buchen. Ist teurer, aber bei diesen Preisen sollte man sich dann das Beste goennen. Rezeptionsabfertigung schlecht und umculant.Lautstaerke im Zimmer. |

ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.die Ausstattung und der Service waren sensationell. leider gut 10 min von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber mit dem Anleger direkt vor der Tür kein Problem, ansonsten wird über die Reception ein Taxi geordert. auch die kulinarische Seite des Hotels sollte erwähnt werden, sehr gute Küche und viele Eigenkreation, incl. selbsthergestellter Marmelade.Spa super |
